Win Xp is famous around d world due its simplified features.. its the best os for an average person who doesnt have much knowledge of computers...everythings so simplified in xp..whilw if u r related 2 comp field u will find linux is far better than xp but its somewhat difficult to master

i have tried linux and i think it is a good choice for those who are looking for a secure server. though i user interface in linux is not that user friendly as it is in windows xp. thanks for posting in the discussion and contributing to the community.

Windows Vista is great... users who are using XP and has P4 can install Vista but for better performance you will need to upgrade PC.

I would prefer windows XP over any operating system till now... Its interface,graphics stability,security all are recking... and I would suggets Windows XP over any operating system.... But now as Vista is out that opinion can change ...as yet now I haven't tested Vista ...but it is confirmed that the excited which Windows XP brought would go to a next step with Vista in markets..

Well, I personally Love Windows XP. I have tried all of the other versions before this, and Love all XP does. I am scared to try the New Windows getting ready to come out since it will be unproven, just in case it turns out like another WindowsME.

Yes I prefer XP. Not so much because it's XP, but because it's the newest in software on the market today. It's important because of security issues to be updated at all times IMO. :-)
