~ No running. Nothing good can come from running in the puddles. ~ No one allowed in the shallow end without responsible adult supervision. ~ No glass, gum, food or other inanimate objects allowed in the pool (except pool toys). ~Use of alcohol or illegal drugs in pool may sound fun, but isn’t really a good idea. ~ Buddy system encouraged for all swimmers. NO SOLO SWIMMING! ~ 18 or older cannot swim with minor children. ~ If you need flotation devices, it’s best to wait until you’re ready for the deep end. ~ NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! ~ People with skin, eye, ear, respiratory (or any other) irritations should not swim in pool. ~Swimmers with open lesions or wounds should never enter the pool. ~ Rough play, cannon balls, loudness or diving only allowed if it doesn’t cause disturbances in the pool. ~ Pets or other animals STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! (This DOES include Seeing Eye dogs and other service animals). ~ No cut offs or street clothes allowed. ~ Keep gates closed and latched. DO NOT PROP OPEN! ~ All swimmers must shower before and after use of pool. ~ No peeing in the gene pool! ~ If you see anyone violating the gene pool, report them immediately as it is important to have them removed as soon as humanly possible. ~ Staff and management of the pool reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. ~If you wonder if you are ready, have to ask what any of these rules mean, or don’t understand why they are important… YOU ARE NOT READY TO ENTER THE POOL!
