I had experience in it. One time i'm a Graphic Artist on some Pre-Press Printing then someone i know wants to hire me,and too good for me because it's more convenient for me. So i took the opportunity then suddenly after 3 months i lost my job,BUT, God Bless me because i have money to my business on no time.

There were time in our lives that we are successful in our career but failure in other things...please correct me if i am wrong I speak based on my experience bacause i was once bank employee wherein benefit is good and salary was competence. I leave my career for the sake of my family, not because of much greener pasture, but instead, to be a full-time yaya to my three kids. It was very hard at first because from working mom to plain housewife but i used to it already and now i enjoying my role as stage mother.

I haven't been in a situation where I have left my job, because I felt that didn't earn enough. Some years ago my ex-boyfriend and I wanted to save up money for travelling. I didn't earn a lot of money in my job, but I really liked it and I didn't want to give it up, so I chose to combine it with a part time job. That was a good solution for me, because I would have been sad to leave my job despite the relatively low salary. I have sometimes thought about starting a business instead, but at the moment I stick to the other job.

I have left my previous job to the current one as I get more with it. I also study and to be able to pay the fees I was always looking for a better job out there and finally when I got it it is near the office of my husband. So lucky me as we go together in the morning and return together in the evening.

Hi aakkii. I think it depends on your passion. There are people who like to be employed and there are people who like to do business instead. In my case, I want to do business. But I must tell you though, it's not easy to start a business. You need to have more than enough capital and make sure that enough planning was made before starting, no matter how small it is. Trust me, I have tried it quite a few times. Before, every time a business idea comes into my mind, I get too excited and wants to try it out immediately, and you know what, it ALWAYS fails. I always end up losing money than gaining. But now that I've learned my lesson, I always do my best to be patient enough every time an idea comes into my mind and not rush into things. In terms of leaving the job, I think that if I am really sure and confident that my business will surely help me earn more than my job, then I will definitely take the risk. Sometimes is all about taking risks and being aggressive. But as I mentioned, it's not easy to start a business, let alone maintain it. So I'd have to make sure that I have enough money to sustain it, and not to mention my basic needs, because most of the time, business payoffs are usually after a couple of years after.

Yes, I have the experience. I leave the previous company join current company in order to earn more money. Earn more money is important, but the potential development of the company, the potential development of myself, my interest is also important. If the company have all of them, it's no reason not to go.

most people do that eventhough they really don't like the job at all. they're up to the higher salary and the opportunity rather than choosing the job they yearned for but does not pay high enough. as for me, I'd rather do the job i really wanted, afterall there are plenty of sidelines and part-time jobs around the corner.

Good thing that I do not have a job now so I am not really confused from choosing in between jobs. But I always thought of having a business. I think that no matter how hard you work, you will not have a lot unless you have something that is self sustaining like a business. It is just sad when you ran out of work because they fire you. At least, if you own your own business, you have the freedom to do a bunch of things. Best thing is you are the boss.
