Hi everyone... My father suggested me on my early ages to wear loose cloth while sleeping. He said that it helps us on common blood circulation and growth of health. So, i worn pajamas and still wearing. Days ago, i read an article where it was said that in case of female.. if they wear underwear, then there growth of chest and shape don't work properly. So, how much you are conscious about it? Do you wear underwear while sleeping? Please share.

Hi epicoronel.. May be that was the reason of invention of pajamas. As you have said that you wear,,,, have you ever asked a doctor about it? i mean is it good? Take care.

Pajamas, underwear, whatever, I think anything too tight especially with garters or strings interferes with circulation. I think we should wear anything loose when sleeping or probably none at all if we are afforded with privacy, yes I think that is healthy enough.

I think the article was wrong unless they were referring to tight clothing that would impede circulation. I don't think it's healthy to wear underwear to bed. Your body needs to breath and when a section is covered all the time it doesn't get the air it needs. I wear a nightgown with nothing underneath to allow my skin to breathe on all parts of my body.

Hi dragon. Actually they were referring as you have said but i forgot to put them here. They wrote that tight clothing means underwear or something which has rubber band on. Its fine for you as i also do the same. At least our body need to breathe as you have mentioned. have a nice day.

Okay whether it is true or not, I don't lol, I have always been told that the body groin area need to breath and the bands on the underwear cause loss of circulation. Sure one can wear looser underwear and or larger pairs but for me why, I do know how to cover and not be exposed and find that for me it is comfortable to sleep without a pair.

i never wear underwear. I normally did wear pyjamas but i now prefer to feel free and relaxed in bed so i am completely naked. When we have winter here it goets so very very cold. I do contemplate wearing pyjamas but then instead i go to my spare room where i have a spare double bed made up and i take the duvet i have from off there and add it to the one on my bed. That way i can still sleep naked aswel as being able to stay warm as i have two duvets on my bed.

I have never worn a bra to bed. They are too uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep with them on. I do wear panties most of the time. I do not like the way that my shorts/pajama bottoms rub if I am not wearing panties.

Thats better for your health. But i think panties also not to wear at bed time, if you are alone and in a suitable room, then a loose gown is sufficient to hide yourself. Me only with pajama and baniyan. have a nice day.

Actually I like taking off all my underwears and sleeping with only a night gown or something like that. I can't sleep properly with underwears on, maybe because of this habit i have.

hello dear bhai, Health wise,it is not good to wear tight clothings sleeping or not. Now,regarding your question with wearing undies,it depends on each individual. Some are used to sleeping naked, some are not (but preferably loose clothing is a must) For me,i wear my undies down with sleeping gown,or pajamas when it's cold. But if it is too hot esp during summer,i just wear comfortable panties. Never tried sleeping naked...oppsss,

Hiya shibs, If the pajamas are loose and made of Cotton so that your Skin can breathe and there is no elastic in the bottom of the hems of the Trousers I don´t see any harm in wearing them and I don´t think that they could keep the blood from circulating freely. Best is to buy also if you can Pajamas with a cord in the waist made out of material so it is not tight around the waist and keeps bothering you all night. So I think that very loose pajamas are the best because if you had spent the Nights I have spent in England you would surely want to be wearing pajamas oh yes indeed and about two other Jumpers on top to keep warm (grin). Very cold nights over there well and here as well but not quite so bad here. So pajamas are a must for anyone I would say.

Hi angel.. Yes, i wear cotton pajamas without any elastic on hip and its too comfortable to me and i have no objection and i think it does not hamper on breathing my skin. Cords are seemed as a heavy dress to me mainly at night time or while i am on sleep. Under blanket or some stuffs like this we can wear pajamas whatever the weather is.. in mean if its cold or winter, then it never brings any difference to me. have a nice day. take care.

Hiya shibs, Very cool that. I mean cotton is very cool in Summer or in Winter and always the best kind of pajamas to wear. The corded ones I mention are very light cords not like heavy ones at all as I would not like those myself either. Especially if you can´t have any Windows open where you are then Cotton is a must for you to sleep deeply and not waking up all the time through being too hot. The maximum temperature here does not drop very quickly now so we are in for some very long hot nights and time for the cotton nightwear again. Would not be without them. I don´t like things with elastic in or nylon to wear either they make you very hot and cause trouble with sleeping too. You take care too.

Hi angel... Well said that underwear having elastic is not good for health, hence i dont wish to wear it. Cotton half pant or pajamas are comfortable to me... but as i have said girls have to wear lots of stuff like panty or bra... which are too tight and its not to wear at night for healthy reason. have a nice day.

Hi there! I've never heard of such thing we can benefit from wearing underwear while sleeping. For me, people wear their underwear while sleeping merely for comfort purposes and not some other thing especially if the weather is quite hot and one couldn't sleep with too much clothes on.

Of course we still have to wear panties. Though, we have to forego of the bra while sleeping. I wear loosely gartered underwear and a cottony sleepwear at night. If it is so cold, then i also wear a loose sweatshirt on top of it.

Hi simplyd... Loose clothing while sleeping is really beneficial for your health and for a good sleep too. I dont know why some ladies think that its mandatory to wear panties at sleep? Basically i am not to wear. Have a nice day.

I'm not so conscious about that issue. I'd prefer to wear pajamas and an oversized tshirt. What matters to me is that I feel comfy and that the mosquitoes are not feasting on me.
