SterlingBux have blacklisted some countries!

I am the new member of SterlingBux 
and I have several click and earn several cents from the site, today when I trying to login, there came a message said " Your country have been blacklisted" and due to that I can not login and continue to earn and support the site. It is very unfair and unethical for a PTC site owner to banned the all the member from the whole country. Did they ever consider about the honest member? Why the ptc site owner never use their brain 
to think about this? Is it because they are too lazy to filter out who are honest and who are cheater? If they are so lazy to do that, why do they accept all the countries at first. They should tell from the beginning that which country are banned from joining.
What is your opinion on this? Have you ever been banned without doing anything wrong by some website?
