I recently decided it was time to lose a little weight and tone up. I don't have much to lose per say, but it's enough that it's time I started working out and dieting a little. I'm trying to eat a little more healthier and I've been working out every day. I started my diet on Monday, March 7th. My biggest problem has always been that I don't eat enough. Normally I eat one meal a day which is just as bad as eating too much. So I am now eating at least three meals a day. I'm also doing a work out program call Hip Hop Abs. I do thirty to forty minutes a day. I have noticed that my energy level has gone way up since I started doing all this, so I feel as though this is going to be a successful venture. What do you do to lose weight or tone up your body?

Hi lovespecialangel, Yes the idea is discipline and life changing eating habits. I am one that although I was not overweight was a horrible roller coaster dieter and two years I took total control and began from one meal a day to now 3 - 4 meals and snacks in between. I honestly never drank water in my life and now drink almost a gallon a day. I also started to exercise on my stationary bike at home for 30 minutes a day. For two months now I have kept off 60 pounds and not only is my skin really clear my metabolism is high. So discipline for me is the key.

I am learning that discipline is a key for me too. I have to make myself eat as well as do my workouts. Once I start the exercises, I get into them and really enjoy doing them, it's the getting started part that gets me. That's great that you have been able to do that! I hope I can get to where I want to be with my size. Mostly just need to tone up, but am quickly realizing that I also need to get into shape.

Though I need to loss a little more weight, the weight I did lose I believe is because I have eliminated what the Bible calls "unclean" food at out my diet, including gelatin and marshmallows..I also drink a vinegar and honey tea that helps me burn fat. I think my biggest problem now is the toning and exercising since I have been busy with school and the weather has been awful.. But as it warms up and my school work lessens, I will fix that up right away..

The program I am on provides quality nutrition that will help take the weight off and keep it off. You won't be hungry and your energy level will be off the charts. I've lost 30 pounds in 30 days, and I haven't started my exercise program yet. Contact me if you want more information.

Hi,I have the similiar problem with you before. But what my problem is that I eat too much for supper.Like you, because of the job, there is something wrong with my health. Then I have tried many methods to lose weight and tone up my body.Following is my advice, but for your imformation only: 1.You should eat breakfast. It is the most improtant meal. You'd never miss it.What's more, you'd better have the right food for breakfast, like coarse cereals, fruits and vegetables 2.Try to do some sports everyday.Maybe you would say you are so busy or so tired after work. But you need to choose a way to solve this problem. It do not mean that you have to run or jump. You can just walk.If time permits,I'll get off bus when I don't reach my final destination. 3.Do not eat after 9 o'clock. Above is just my experience.Hope can help you a little.

I have started eating breakfast, lunch, and supper. As well as drinking eight glasses of water a day which equals out to sixty-four ounces. I do my exercises in the mornings because I work in the evenings. Plus when I am at work I am constantly on my feet walking, so I am definitely getting a lot of exercise there. I am also trying to make sure I don't eat after nine at night. Sometimes that doesn't work out so well for me because of my job though. Thank you for your input!

Well for me, I do exercise mostly jogging, stretching, bending, swimming. Sometimes I even dance. Anyway if you want shapely body, stretching and bending is the key. I don't really do diets because I don't think depriving myself helps, but I do eat dinner earlier so that it has time to digest before I sleep. Also drink lots of fluids.

Hello angel Losing weight is not an easy job, so also gaining weight, you might be aware of people who eat lots to gain weight, but they can't, similarly, many go on dieting, fasting, take pills, herbal stuff to lose weight, but can't My weight was 105 kgs, after retirement, physical activity was less i did the famous breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb Baba of india The important thing is it sets your body at right level, you may lose or gain, till it is constant, but need to continue it. Now my weight is 95 kg only. Thanks for sharing Cheers. God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .
