Shampoo what is the most powerful way to eradicate dandruff (ulcers)?

on my scalp feels there is dandruff in some parts.but I doubt whether it was an ulcer or dandruff I've tried to use shampoo selsun blue and gold but they will not lose dirt. I also have.how solution?

I like to use a light solution of vinegar and water to rinse my hair. It helps a lot.
