In the second week of February 2011 I had been to Malaysia. I had already been to Singapore 2 years back and missed Malaysia that time. I landed at KL and met a friend there. I visited the twin tower and other nearby places and did some shopping. I went to Batu Caves and my plan to meet one friend at Ipoh was not materialised as he was sick. And then I went to Seremban to meet two of my online friends. Met them and did some shopping and then from there to JB. Later entered Singapore to spend some days. It was tourist as well as business trip for me. I did got some samples on some products. What is more important is I liked Malaysia and its people. Lovely place and people. If I had a chance to stay or get some business I would surely visit again.

We lived in KL for a year when my husband was working for a shipping company there. I loved my stay there , it was almost a perfect place to stay. People are very friendly and nice which is what is very important when you live in a foreign country. The country is beautiful with lush greenery and well cared for cities. We traveled through the country visiting many places like Malaca, port klang, Kota Kinabalu, Johar Baru,Genting highlands,Sarawak,Sabah,Langkawi,Cameron Highlands etc...I would love to visit the place again. The shopping was great and the fruits and vegetables were YUM ! the variety was simply amazing..

Wow.. that is a news Kiran. Yes people are very kind and gentle. I visit a Shiridi Baba Temple and saw lots of Tamil speaking Malaysian citizens. Very cordial. In fact I felt that if there is a chance I would surely settle there. Nice weather and good transport system. Clean Railway stations. I really love it.

You know mouli , it is not just the tamils who are friendly but the malays are fantastic people . They are very helpful and friendly . I used to like interacting with them and tried to learn the language while I was there. had I been there for a longer period of time, I am sure that I would have learnt it properly and become fluent..

When I was 21 years old I visited Malaysia and Singapore as part of my trip around the world. I went back to Singapore another time when I was 28 years old. I really liked Malaysia but I was in poor health arriving and then had an accident. I went to Penang, the capital city, Mersing and Tioman Island. I was ill with sickness and fever when I arrived from Sumatra and then fell down a drain one dark evening.
