In just a few days of not getting my emails as i was away, i had over 500 emails to sift through. It is very boring looking and deleting all the junk emails, as well as trying to reply to the friends that had sent other emails of invites and friends that were asking about places that they wanted to take a look at.The junk emails, as well as junk mail you get while you are away.

I was without internet for 9 days and when the issue was repaired I came back to 3800 emails. I was so overwhelmed because I was not sure if all of them were spam/junk or anything important in them. It took me about four days to go through them but in the interim they still kept pouring in. The price for a little away time. lol

I think that it is really a drag trying to sort out alot of emails like that.I think in the future between now and the next time we go away i will try to block alot of the companies that are sending them to me.

Sometimes we can barely find time to delete all the junk. Some of the mail we get from friends can be unimportant and worthy of deleting also.

Some of the emails were from companys where i had enquired about things.I must remember not to enquire about so many things to alot of companys in future before i go away. Most of the emails were easy to sort as i played delete with them.lol.I think i have sorted them all now, but it was a rather boring thing to sort out.

I was surprised when i was away for holiday in my parents home, when i returned i saw there are nearly 2000 emails waiting for my reply. Most of them are junk mails from many sites, wanting me to join or invest. So, i take a few days time, to sort and delete unwanted emails. Even i saw some phishing emails asking for our username and passwords for our online payment processors. It pays to be very careful not to enter any details into any emails that required our paypal or alertpay log-in details. Or else, we will ended-up losing our money without our knowledge.

I am always careful what details i give out, as i know that there are alot of strange emails that are always trying to get info out of people so they get their money.I am trying to block alot of the companys that are emailing me all the time, as some days it gets to much.

I know the stress and hassle you go through. More over you cant even just delete all of them or you might jsut delete an important mail. I know the feeling because i get alot of notes from my teachers on my email and when i get so much junk mail i would always have to go through them one by one so i dont accidentally delete my notes. Life is so hard and stressing and so is technology as time advance.

Fortunately, my ISP has a spam filter and most of the junk mail goes in to spam. I quickly look the list over to see if something got put in the spam folder by accident, but usually not, so I just check "all" and delete. Even then, I usually have hundreds of e-mails to go through, depending on how long I was gone. It takes days/weeks to get caught up.

We have a folder that contains all the junk, lol, now that was easy to sort, but it was all the other emails that kept in the inbox, that took forever. All the different types of emails that you get sent from all of these companys make me laugh.Thankfully i just deleted most of them, lol.

Fortunately for me, I have a really good SPAM filter, so 99% of my junk mail goes to the Spam folder. Every now and then I get a non-spam in there, so every few days I check it, and mark the stuff so it goes to my inbox, but generally, my spam filter does exactly what it's supposed to.

Alot of my emails that are junk are always found in both the inbox, as well as in the junk mail box, lol.It seems to really take forever trying to sort through all those emails.I am trying to block some of the emails that certain companys keep sending me.

Junk or spam mails comes in seconds. I also experience that even when I always check my emails. But there are times that I have to check my spam mails because there are important emails I get and goes to my spam mails. Then, there are junk mails from my inbox too and delete them and marked them spam so that I will no longer see them in my inbox.

I have some emails that go to my junk folder, that should have really gone to my inbox.I hate all the emails that are from the same company saying the same old things over and over again.I think that there are loads of companys that i will be blocking, so that i never get their emails again.

I have a horrible habit of either not checking my email at all for a week or more, or checking it quickly and not actually sorting through it. There are times that I will end up with 1000-2000 emails that are just sitting there, waiting for me to go through them. Most emails I get are essentially unimportant, but there have been times that I have missed something that I needed to see.

I usually have my mail stopped when I am away. That used to mean you wouldn't get as much junk mail and they would kind of sort it for you, but the last time I got just as much junk mail. If for some reason I can't get on the computer for any reason, there is a ton of e-mails waiting for me. Most of them seem to be junk e-mails. It seems any site I have ever looked at wants to sell me something! Between that and the mail, it takes forever to get back to normal.

I also get a lot of them. Internet is so cruel. You sign up for one thing but you get spam from 10 other sources. I dont even open them. I just judge by the title if it is spam.

I do not bother opening alot of the emails, as i know what rubbish they are trying to get you to buy.I think that is easier to just delete as fast as you can, rather than open and read them.

I hate junk mails too. Although I hate them, sometimes I enjoyed reading those junk mails. Most of the junk mails are some things new and out of my expectation. However,I would like to stress that only the few among so many junk mails I were interested in reading.

I do tend to get a few emails in my junk box that i do tend to have a look at, but i never reply to them, lol.I am now trying to get around to blocking a few of the emails that are showing up more than twice a week, as that way the next time i will not have to worry abouit them all.

I don't have major problems of sorting out junk mails from my main mails. As i'm using different accounts for different purposes, and has got a main account for registering on sites. ONce i'm registered on a site, i will wait for a few months before changing my email address when i know it's legit. So whenever i have to check my mails, i can simply leave out my main account, while concentrating on those i'm using for sites. That saves me a lot of time, since i won't have any junks to clear.

I have a few different accounts as well, as it saves a bit of time. But i find that in all the email accounts there are always loads of junk, no matter how much i try to stop it all.It is my main account that is always full of emails and with going away i came back to no end, as i try to keep up with the emails by doing them each day.

I also got a lot of mail from being away Friday to Sunday. Not quite 500 emails. Only over 200. I could check a little bit on my phone, which I did not hesitate to do because my friend had the same car charger (micro USB) and I just charged it after using it. There was nothing really important that I missed.

haha =D That's expected when one hasn't been checking mails for some time. I always like to check my mails on a daily basis if not once every 2 days. I hate it when there are too much accumlating, especially when proper mails and junk mails are not filtered correctly.. haha =D If i'm on a trip, i will make sure to check my mails whenever possible, either using the hotel's computer or wifi.. lol =D

Yes. It is boring indeed. But it has to be done every two to three days or else.... I do get a lot of junk mail and I do sort out the ones needed first and move them to their respective folders and then delete all the others. Would not want to miss any important mail from my friends or family members by deleting all of them.

I have had to stop some of the emails that i get as well, like i get a job lot from this site, which is fine, until you are not able to come on here for a while, or get to your emails for a while, as they soon mount up.
