Is there a word in any language that always makes you laugh. For me it's the American word Popsicle (I call it a lolly).

spaghetti, Tuesday and hecilopter all make me laugh, but only when Vince off Rex the Runt says them. It now also makes me laugh whenever I hear the word 'bingo'.

The German word for hospital, krankenhausen and the German word for town hall, rathaus, always make me smile as I think they are good descriptive words. There's also a German greeting which makes me smile I can't remember the proper word but it sounds like great scott.

You're thinking of "Gruss Gott" which means "great God" and is usually used as an expletive.

Real words don't normally make me laugh but one I found funny was "Oddlepoddle" which is, apparently, the language of Bill and Ben the Flowerpot Men.
