Cashout problem at Incrasebux

Hi everyone! I've been a member of Incrasebux and received payment from them twice. I upgrade my account for one year and got no problem with the site. Now, my upgrade expired and I'm back from standard member. I already reach $7 which is qualified for the 3rd cashout out, but when I click the cashout button, my fund is insufficient.
It says You have $7.124 in your account balance and can cashout $3.11 (Read TOS or Faq for more information about cashout rules) - You need $7 for your third cashout.
I send support ticket but as usual they do not answer directly my question and I don't get the answer I deserve. Do you have the same problem with me? I don't know if that is a site bug or I need to upgrade my account to be able to cashout.

Hello Laniekins,
I don't know if you will receive a good answer for your support ticket, abut you can find the answer is in their forum, in a post written by the Admin.
Their rule says that you can cashout only:
150% of your investment + 5$ - the amount already received
You said you cashed out twice, so I suppose you are a verified member. This means your investment is $3.5, which makes your cashout limit = 150% of 3.5 + 5 = 10.25
You already cahsed out twice, this means at least $7. As a result, all you can cashout now is $10.25 - $7 = $3.25 (more or less)
But you can't ask for less than $7 (as you are at your third payment) so all you have to do is to pay for verified membership again in order to be able to see your money...

Oh, I'm glad I could help. I had't read this comment of yours before reading the one from the previous box and I tried there another explanation. But I'm glad that my explanation was helpful.
I'm sure you will cashout your money, Incrasebux looks like it keeps its word but I don't like the "force investment" part.
Virtually, what you earn from them is almost nothing. The net profit you can make from them is $5 plus 50% of the amount you invested. It may be profitable for a user with many direct referrals but without referrals the site doesn't worth the investment.

Hahaha, I think many Incrasebux users have the same problem as you.
The rule for cashout at Incrasebux seem difficult to understand.

There, the forum moderator explains as well as he can how and when you can cashout.
I think there's something with 5$ plus 150 of your investment. To cashout more, you must invest more.
This is why I don't like force investment sites. They may pay their users, but I don't like when they force me to put my money in their account in order to cashout my money.

I am member of incrasebux too. I am verified member and have no problem with cashout. For standard member, incrasebux apply more rule to cashout instead of upgraded member. I think you should read the TOS for more detail and perhaps this cashout rule may make you understand why did you failed to cashout your money http://www.incrasebux.com/forum/view_topic.php?cat=2&id=215.
My suggestion to you is make some investment, for example rent referrals. I think the best investment is upgrade your account to verified member with just $3.5 for a year. You can withdraw your money instantly instead of wait 30 days. I hope this could be a soultion for your problem. Have a nice day

So it really means there are no cashout for standard member? I will think about upgrading again first.
