Like the others said, make sure you go to www.paypal.com and not somewhere else. There are several types of accounts. I believe the one that you need is called 'personal'. Simply register and verify your account, and you should be able to start using it just fine. It's very safe and very useful. And welcome to MyLot!

just be sure to ytpe www.paypal.com on the address bar of your internet browser.. or you might end up on a different site. and for paypal, you need to have at least a debit card or credit card to be verified.. this is very important because usually you can't do a certain transaction if your paypal account is not verified like for cash outs or withdrawal..
