raineyes Nope, you aren't alone. I think a lot of people forgo sleep to work. I know I do. It's hard not to, especially when you have others to care for and not just yourself.

raineyes There are all kinds of body types and shapes, not just skinny or chubby. Like athletic, lanky, average, curvy, etc. As a woman, I prefer there to be a little body mass to a man, but that doesn't mean he's chubby.

raineyes You don't want to eat heavily right before you run. It might make you sick. A light snack will probably be okay, but if you want a big meal, you want some time in between that and a meal.
