AAhhh...IT's SNOWING!!

Really not understanding this weather. It is the end of march, almost april and it is snowing out. No it isn't just a little tiny flurry, it is snowing. And the lovely weather man is saying that it is going to mix rain/snow for the next 4 days. Hello! Where is the warm weather. I can't wait to get out and spend time outdoors with my girls. I am ready for camping, and taking my girls to the park. I think we all defiantly have cabin fever.
Does anyone else feel that the cold weather has dragged on this year? Anyone have plans already for the summer? How is the weather where you are?

Hello tlb,
I had the same feeling when here, after one week with nice, spring weather, we had five days with lower temperatures, around 5 degrees Celsius. I think the spring is quite late this year. I remember the last spring, on March the 1st there were flowers everywhere, the trees were full of flowers and the forest smelled like heaven.
But look at this year!
It's the last day of March and we still have no flowers around. On March the 1st we still had snow around.
I am not complaining, as I don't like too much the hot days in the summer. A late and longer spring could mean a shorter summer, after all.

Hi there Tlb0822!
The weather here in the Philippines have been confusing me. My relatives from the US spent their vacation here just to get some sunshine but it rained a lot when they were here. It only started to get warm when they left to go back to their homes. I do hope we have snow here, though.
