I know what i want now where do I want it?

I know what tattoo I want now. I want stars, confederate and camoflauge to be exact. I may add some more to that like "redneck born, redneck bred". I've also thought of putting "redneck" on my neck, but I'm not sure. Now it's just saving up for it and figuring out which tattoo parlor I want to go to. I know of one that can draw the tattoo out for you if you don't have one in particular you want in their shop or whatever. So hmm maybe $2.00 a week until I have enough for it? But how much will it cost? I'll have to call around and ask. You getting a tatoo anytime soon?

Nope! No time soon. I am nearly 60 and haven't gotten one yet so.......! Good idea to call ahead. IF they are good artists they can make it really cool for you. Redneck huh? And proud of it sounds like! Stars? Nice. I like the ones Katt Van Doo has up by her eye. That is what i would like. Is something on my temple. Pretty colors.

I had to look her up, they are really pretty though. Yeah I want an outline on the stars, but I'm not sure which color I want. I'm going to ask the artist what color they think will look good with the two colors. Later I might color in the background but I'm not sure. I've heard once you get one they become addicting and you must have more and more.

They can be addicting. Katts got too many. I just could never do that. You can always add things later on. I like watching her show and the finished product and how she does the stinsle and all.

i am looking her up now, so she's on LA Ink? hmm I am going to have to watch that show some more. I've seen it before but Only maybe one episode. It might give me an idea to the level of pain and what can be done to make the tattoo more personal. Thanks for responding and letting me know about her.

Never been a tattoo sort of person myself, but I know a surprising amount of people that do have them. They are fairly pricey in the UK- or so people tell me. Get saving!

Yeah definitely because they are pricey here too. Mine may only run me about $75.00 - $80.00 but that's a might, it's probably going to be more then that. I'm going to figure out when exactly I want it done and start saving towards having the money then. Of course that means a lot more mylotting as well!

Without doubt that's the sensible way to go about it. It wouldn't surprise me though if some shark would loan against one though!

I've been considering a tatoo for the longest time! My problem has always been settling on a design. I'd hate to come up with one, and absolutely hating it after a few years. It's great that you have decided on what you want. I hope that you get to have it soon. And maybe post a photo of it here!
