If someone I love was in danger or I feared for my life then yes I would do it. Only if someone was in danger or myself was in danger. There is no excuse for murder otherwise!

If its a matter of my life or someone i loves life i think so, under any other circumstance i doubt it

yes, in an unfortunate situation.
in coma ,or in a vegetative state where you can't move just think.

In self defense of myself or a loved one, or a stranger, I'd hsve to do something and if that were the outcome, I'd be sad but not regretful.
