Last night i played wii for my first time, and i think it is very nice,
The best game i played and i think the most aerobic one was wii Boxing.
It is very cool and by moving your hands and body it is like
aeroboxing.
I think playing wii can be a great way to loss some weight for chubby lazies.
It can be good for kids the don't go out side to play with ball like at good days,
I say if they stay home at least they should exercise with wii games :)
What do you say about it?

I would have to say that, that is a great idea for Wii to do, is to make games for children and adults to be able to get some exercise with. I do not own one myself but if I did, I think it would be some great exercise for me too.

I know that there are games for exercise i don't know if they been made to make kids and adults do more exercise at the 2000 era or only to make more money at the 2000 era :)
But any way as long as it will "force" kids to move their body at least a little bit, it would make me happy.
And i think you should try it to, i thought it stupid to move in front of a Tv but after i tried it i know think it is a guineas idea!

The Wii games are not only entertaining, fun but yes do serve as exercise. I have used the Wii fitness and it is a great deal of fun. I can break a great sweat and work-out using it.

It is a very nice and fun exercise, the wii is at your home and you don't even have to go out side, to the gym or some thing, if you like to dance i think you soul'd try the Dance Revolution, it is on of the most aerobic exercise games :)

I agree, when I play the Wii, I do get a workout..But if you were to ask my gaming son, he says he can play the game without going all out physically..This is because he can play the game using a flick of his wrist, but I think only those who are really good can do that..lol

I love wii games. They can give you a good workout (I love the gold's gym boxing one for wii) however, I feel that it doesnt really take place of a good work out. And as for kids, I think that while wii can be good for them, they are still kids and need to get their butts outside. I think that is a big issue now, most parents are willing to let their kids stay inside and play video games or online all day. THAT is why kids dont know how to play anymore...parents are not teaching them

It is a problem that the kid barely move his hands, but i am sure that in some year the games will be smarter and the game will force you to move like Virtual Realty,
It is very bad that parents don't play with their kids, kids must play outside, it ain't healthy to seat all day, it is wrong to our stability inside systems and mind...

Yes, I agree with that. Playing Wii games is a great form of workouts for people because it requires us to move physically as if we ate playing them in real. It's fun when there's no space constraint in the house and with many players. I've thought of buying Wii but gave up the idea as it's a little expensive. On top of that, both me and my brother together with my bf, are active people who would rather absorb the sun than staying home.
