Another health issue I forgot to mention in my other post...

Also, over the last year or so my feet have been aching worse and worse. I have tried wearing insoles, sitting for longer periods of time, and whatnot, but my branch is very busy, so I am constantly on my feet at work moving around the branch.
I have researched plantar fasciitis. I am not sure that's what I have, but maybe heel spurs... My pain is basically a burning and almost numbing sensation across the bottom of my entire foot -- both feet. Even after sleeping the whole night, when my feet hit the floor in the morning they hurt.
Does anyone know what this could be? I KNOW I need to set up a podiatrist appointment. Insurance should cover most of that appointment except for a co-pay, right? Thanks for any info!

it is more likely to be plantar fasciitis rather than heel spurs. I am going to guess that you work on concrete, and that you have to wear somewhat dressy shoes. I even had this problem when I wore athletic shoes. Seeing a podiatrist is covered by many insurances. A foot doctor may be able to get you some better insoles and custom fit them to your feet and shoes. I also had tendonitis in one foot at one time. It is miserable for your feet to hurt all the time, I do know that.

Yes, my feet hurt all the time and it's miserable. I do work on very hard floors and wear dress shoes. As I mentioned, no insoles have worked, I've tried different types of shoes, sitting down more, and even massage doesn't help anything.
I definitely need to make a doctor appointment as soon as I can!! Thanks for the info.
