Not sure about the 2 connections on my Apple Extreme

Yes I went to the Apple forum to find out if anyone would answer the question, is the W2 the fastest or the slow regular connection, but all they did was say "how good my computer works and how far away I am from my computer, etc. So figured that I would ask here.
Naturally for myLot I want the fastest connection, but when I checked my status, the one with W2 was the one with my secret name and password. The other the guest connection was the one that was the slowest, that is the one that my old Linksys had used.
So what is the fast and what is the slower connection. Is the one with W2 the fast or the slow. If it is the slow, I have to call my friend and have him put it right.

I will have to do it, because the light flashed yellow. And of course, here it is slow getting on and the reason I got the Extreme was to get the faster wi fi connection because I wanted to get on myLot very quickly. I fgure the w2 is the fast one, but not sure. I did get a firmware upgrade yesterday and now the light is green. I will have to see how fast I get here as I do not want my discussions to wind up in inner space.

I did find out. My friend from church who has a computer store got me set up and now it is working perfectly. So everything is fine.

The 5GHz one would be the faster of the two. The 2.4GHZ connection wouldn't be as strong and it won't be able to handle as much data at the same time as the 5GHz one.

Thank you. I was not sure about what one was. I did have a bit of problem because our internet was having problems in our area and I had to turn my Apple Express off and then on again, and was not sure if it went on the fast speed.

Yes I went on the internet as well. But I guess the only thing that came up is what the two speeds can do, what they allow, and how mucb they really love their Apple Extreme. Well I do too, but I want to know what is the fastest because that is the one I use here and the one I will share with my sons..
