Okay...so I finally tried a Paula Deen recipe. I love her show and watch her videos on Swagbucks all the time. She is soooo cute! This recipe intrigued me. I had never put apples in stuffing before but was feeling pretty adventurous so decided to try it out. Check out my blog (link below) for the whole story:

I only got Rachel Ray program in Indonesia and I wanted to be able to cook like her. But the ingredients is hard to find in Indonesia, unless I go to the expatriates deli market and that would cost lots of money. So, I can only drool over every dish she made on the program...

LOL...I know the feeling! I watched a show where all these chefs were telling where the best pizza was and they were all places I will probably never see...NYC, Seattle, Phoenix, etc.
Some of those pizzas looked like to die for, too...had me drooling! Of course, my Boboli pizza is pretty much to die for so I can make that to satisfy my craving for pizza.

It's a nice feeling when you try something new and when you try to create your own. Cooking is an adventure for me. There are lots of things to learn in cooking. With the different cuisine and cooling styles, it's a lifetime studying.

True. I love to try new things. I rarely cook due to my disability. My daughter usually does the cooking. But I do enjoy trying new recipes and inventing my own on occasion.
I dream of having a kitchen like the great chefs' though. Every time I watch Paula Deen I tell my daugnter, "I want her kitchen so bad!" My kitchen is so inadequate! Still, I do manage to turn out some fun stuff to eat.
