This is the time of fun and excitement, kids on vacation no classes, summer is on, and mommy are free for schools activity of their kid, last weekend we did celebrate vacation with our family we choose to go swimming resort neer in our place, but before that we've been discussing were to go, the choices are swimming pools or beach? and the winner is Swimming pools, many reason why because we had a lot of kids together we are afraid that they could be drown... How about you where do you prefer swimming pools or Beach Resort? and why?

Well i like both if they are not that crowded. Bad thing about beaches is in peak seasons they are really crowded.

I prefer beach resorts that has swimming pools since I'm a fan of both. What I love about the beach is that there's a lot of things to explore especially if the resort is located in an island. I'm a photographer too and I love taking pictures of seascapes and beaches that's why I prefer beach resorts. Though of course safety is something that we need to be concerned about if we have kids that's where swimming pools would come it. It's perfect if a resort has a beach and a pool since at least you also have two different options in just one place.

Swimming Pool - Swimming Time
For the kids I think they are safer in swimming pool but as for me I always prefer swimming in a beach. This the reason why whenever we go swimming I always choose a private resort that can offer me both, a beach and a swimming pool. Of course I always make sure the children are watched closely. They enjoy swimming pool more because most kids dread the waves of the sea.

i prefer to go on the beach, it makes me closer to the nature, and the air was fresher there than in pools, plus i love walking in the seashore, i like playing with the sands and i like picking up seashells, building fireworks at night and watching the sun rise at dawn, it was full of fun and experience... but since you have your own reason for choosing pools i respect that

I like them both but if I have my child with me, I prefer the pool more. For me, it would be safer because of the limited space and you can easily spot if someone is already drowning.

I'm a fan of both. There are times that it's nice to go to the beach. Play in the sand, get fresh air, bask in the sun. Some places have nice beaches too like Boracay, Panglao, and Palawan. The pool is more secured though especially when you have a lot of kids with you. At least, you know where you can find them.

I live in a quiet close in a seaside town. The beach is just three miles away from where I live. The beaches have sinking sand near to the sea water. The tide can be very dangerous. Due to these reasons swimming in the sea isn't possible. There is an indoor swimming pool and that is safe to go to. I prefer swimming at a white sandy beach with palm trees. I like it to have gentle waves and be safe to swim in. In Cairns I swam at an outdoor swimming pool and it had palm trees in pots all the way around it. Near to there I swam in a cool pool of a water fall called Crystal Cascades. I hope to get my two young kids swimming classes when they are older. At the moment they are afraid of the water. It is best when there is a life guard on duty.

I would say swimming pools. For one it is closer to where I live since I don't live anywhere near a beach, and for two it is less messy. I love going to the beach don't get me wrong, but I swear you get sand in every thing you can think of. When it is cold in my area I would like to take my girls to Splash Lagoon which is hotel that has a giant swimming area. It is a resort that is solely about being able to play in water. I like swimming pools because you can keep a better eye on your children, you don't have to worry about wildlife that may be in the water, there are life guards that keep an eye on the children as well. I think it is better because at least at a pool you know how deep the children are in the water because it is marked. At the beach the tide comes in and out and easily sweep a child of their feet, and into deeper water.

if it's me, i feel more safe in a swimming pool. most of the time we go to swimming pools because not everybody is a swimmer.

A swimming pool can provide great swimming entertainment for you and your family and friends. a beach resort would offer a lot more but it would be a different atmosphere and a different world.

The nearest neach is 400 kms away, swimming pools we have, but they are not clean, i have heard people acquire skin disease there, so we don't visit. if i have time i take my grandkids to the deer park in our city, it has tigers, lions, bear, monkey and birds lol Thanks for sharing Cheers. God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .

I have no preference between the two. BOth brings different excitment to me. I like the sandy beaches as well as the vast ocean in front of me. Together with the breeze and sunshine, it gives me a holiday feel. While being at a swimming pool, it's more restricted due to the crowds, be it in the water or out of it. When it comes to safety, poolside surely is the place to be.
