US succeded in Most Challeging Missile Test

The US military said on Friday it had successfully completed its "most challeging" missile intercept test yet. Using an SM-3 missile shoot down an intermediate-range ballistic target over the Pacific which is more than 1,864 miles away!

That is good to know. I am glad that they are keeping up on such things. More than 1,864 miles away is quite an accomplishment. We have to keep up-to-date on all of this sort of thing because we just don't know when we will need something like this to defend our freedom. A third world war without missles is like a hotdog without mustard.
