Amy Adams as Lois Lane

I loved that tv series too- Lois and Lane, the chemistry between them was so good, so cute together. I loved Smallville though, but it went on for to long for me, fortunately they're going to end it soon. I love Amy Adams too- I think she's a good actress, let's just wait and see if she can play this role well. (wanna see her with black hair too )

Well, in my own experience, I really never see that any of the remakes of classics are as good as the originals. With that said, to properly cast this role, we would have to have some sort of a time machine and go back in time so that the role would not have originally been filled. The reason that I say that this is the case is because television programs and movies that become classics are so set in stone that people that have seen the original will never accept remakes. With that said, I think that the only people that the remake will work for is people that have never seen the original.

I am not sure if she will be a good Lois Lane either. I like alot of the older actors and actresses in the older movies. It just does not seem the same with the newer ones alot of times.

It all depends on where the storyline goes. It seems to me that with Diane Lane and Kevin Costner signed up to be Ma and Pa Kent the next superman movie maybe taking us back to the start or at least to the early years. If that is the case it makes me wonder how important the character of Lois will be and if she isn’t then Amy Adams wouldn’t be bad. But then on the other hand if we are going to get a storyline where Lois is more prominent then I just can’t see Adams having the same comical bite which say Margot Kidder possessed in the Superman of the 70s with Christopher Reeve. For me I would love to see someone like Cobie Smulders (How I met Your Mother) taking on the role of Lois as she has that comic ability but also a subtle power which for me is what Lois Lane is all about.
