what more can you ask for?

So we always hear this, in celebrations,in artist interviews, a woman saying there is nothing more she could ask from aman because her partner is perfect for her and so on. We also read and watched celebrities talk about their lives to being rich and famous and they would tell us how blessed they already are and there is nothing more they can ask for... Honestly though i think it is not completely true.. I mean, for me everything is perfect yes,but somehow there is still something lacking, on materialthings but i am still looking for something...
What do you think? Is there nothing more you want in your life? Can you truly say and mean that you already got everything you need?

Humans always look for the next peak to climb, you finish climbing one, you see another higher one far away, just peeking over the horizon and then you aim for that. The hunger for more and more, better and better is generally never ending, even amongst those that have peaked seemingly unsurmountable peaks.
And then there is the human tendency to grab what belongs to others, the quest for power, for being the alpha male or female, even if one doesn't really need it.
Ultimately what matters in the end is the opinion about self, whether one is on the highest pinnacle or below the lowest depth.
This quest for satisfaction is what drives us to better and higher goals. A sated human who feels that all goals have been met generally becomes a non-achiever, the interest remains in continuance rather than seeking further goals and achievements.

Hi!
I would say that we can't runaway from these two-lust and greedy. We can only control both of them. So I don't believe when someone say that there is enough they is nothing more they could ask for as we are really know that men never feel enough for what they have. They always ask and want something more and more.Nowadays people are so materialistic and I just hope that we can control both elements in our mind and self.

Nobody's life would be perfect, this is the hard fact, though one accepts or not. Human wants never diminish, you always get one and then you wish one more; there is no end for it, it goes on. Everybody wants a perfect life, though, but it does nt happen so, because we foolish human beings tend to forget the gratefulness of God, if our life is all perfect.

No. I'm not afraid to say that my life completely sucks and there is lots of things that I could ask for. For some people that can be true, but not for me.

Women always want more, at least that's my experience. I am quite happy with my lot, but I do admit to occasionally wanting an extra slice of good fortune come lottery day. The Euro Millions is up to £39M tonight and I shall be 'in it' hoping that I don't have to share with someone in France or Spain. What I would do with all that money, I have no idea, but I am sure some woman could help me. :)

Yes, that is true. I really mean that I am not contented in my life because I am looking for more or something that really satisfy me. I want more than in my life and that is true. And if only I am giving a chance to have all what I wanted I ask for it but I know If i could have it all of what I want I am still lacking for something and because of that i will always look for it until I finally found it.
