I cannot say that there is a better combination than egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. Not for just breakfast but anytime.

The prices of the houses are on par with here, where I live.
Out of these places, I would like St. Ive's best.

I'm OK I don't put much credence on these so called 'studies'. This must be based on people looking to buy or sell a house. This is mainly down to where the job is and not moving to a 'happy place'. The neighbour from hell is only one move away and could be anywhere!...
