My neighbor snores so loud

I have a renter, he lives with his wife, they are 65 and 56, their kids work in other states, and one is in USA. The lady snores too loud, at midnight, I usually go out to check if the main gate to my compound is left open by renters, at that time I can hear the snore, it is like rhythm. She says, she snores, but unaware of this. To help her I did little research and found this. http://fingerhealing.com/index2.html Many snores loud while sleeping on ones back, to avoid this one can try this funny thing. Wearing a bra backwards with tennis balls in the cups, such that if he/she lies on her back, feels hurt and tries to sleep one sided. Let me hope it will work for the lady.It says, you can try it, too. Have fun. But if you really want to stop snoring, you have to eliminate the cause of the snoring itself. Obviously, consult with your doctor about this. But here's a Finger Healing symbol that will heal and open the nasal passages and sinuses. It's perfect for allergy season, too. Use it before bed to help improve your breathing and let you and your partner get a good night's sleep. Sit comfortably with your back straight, but not stiff. Place both palms together and clasp your fingers. One thumb should remain upright. Encircle it with the thumb and index finger of your other hand. Hold your hands out from your body, with your elbows bent. Breathe long, deep, and slow. Focus on the quality of your breath and making it as deep and even as possible. Hold this symbol for three minutes. You'll be amazed at the results. Friends, do you snore in sleep? Have you ever tried any technique to stop or minimize it? Will you try this funny remedy? Please respond and share your views. Thanks in advance. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

hi, snoring really makes me mad because i cant sleep due to what i hear,my cousin's problem is how to stop or minimize or even avoid to snore because no one of us want him to be with us when time of sleeping,so my grandfather told him that put a toothpick on his mouth when sleeping so that he will avoid to snore little by little.

hi professor I am totally completely amazed.I tired your funny littlefinger healing symbol .it works I mean it really works. Its not bedtime here now but I have allergies to dust and am out of benadryl and mynose was stuffy. So for fun I tried what you described and my nose is opened up,.wow. thanks a million. thats one to really remember. I think it has to do with breathing deep as I am a very shallow breather. when IU have had to go to the emergency room for allergic reactons they put this air quality thing on my finger and most of the time I set off the alarm. so I have to do some really slow deep breathing to quiet the thing. I guess I snore but I never hear myself. usually though if I take benadryl I do not snore as my nasal passage stays open then.I will practice that little symbol tonight before I go to sleep thanks so much.

Sometimes snoring can be a serious problem. I know a few people who snore and they would stop breathing during sleeping. Only for a few seconds at a time. They got checked out and now have to wear a sleeping mask hooked up to a machine every night! Then the person slpeeps better and won't stop breathing! I have no idea if I snore or not! I can tell you I can't ssleep with a snorer! I can't sleep! To stop snoring I never heard of the bra and tennis ball idea! I don't know how some people can sleep with a partner that snores!

Hi Professor! Haha, funny remedy you have there Prof! Honestly,I don't snore but my husband does and it's also loud, lol! But since I sleep so deep, his snore is not a problem to me even if it reaches the other room of our house, lol! My hubby already consulted a doctor about his snoring and took some medications for it but it still persists. We only know that he have to sleep in a side position so his heart wont be affected, good thing hubby is fond of that position. Thanks for the tips anyway! See yah!

Its is funny, but for some people it actually work. Here in Jamaica people have a saying that said if you snore their is a lot of natural remedy that works. My son father snores a lot and very loud too. so one day i ask my grandmother of a people is snoring loud what can i do to make him stop. she reply role him/her on the side are rub your hand over the persons face while he are she is sleeping. I don't snore but i son does and i just place him on his side are his tummy when he is sleeping . Here is a few tips you can try if you want. 1. Turn on your side if you snore. 2. rub your hands over the persons face. 3.lay on your tummy 4.sleep on a high pillow its works

Hi Professor, You made me laugh really hard by the fun 'bra' advice. It sounds quite funny. But i don't snore at all and my hubby is a silent sleeper too. So, we don't have any snoring problems at our house. My dad snores a lot though. Sometimes when he is very tired because of work, he snores really loud at night. Maybe i should suggest my dad about the finger healing technique. Thanks for the advice!
