Which was the last country that you visited? What do you think of it? Where did you stay? Which places did you see there? I traveled to Colombia earlier this year. I liked it very much indeed and think it is beautiful country with friendly people. I took my disabled 3 year old and my 1 year old daughter with me. We stayed at a hotel for longer than we planned in Cartagena and then a cheap guest house in Santa Marta. We looked around the old city at the attractive looking buildings and went to some of the Caribbean beaches.

The last country I visited was Spain and in particular, Barcelona. I really enjoyed it but, only stayed for 2 nights so maybe one day I will go aback and see more of it as that would be nice! We visited Montjuic and Parc Guell, both of which I thought were nice

I went to KL, Malaysia, for someone being based In Bangkok it's just a little hop, a short flight of some 60 minutes. For all of you unfortunate ones who have never been to SE Asia I'll briefly summarize (from my perspective). The Malay peninsula in its capital KL is very environmentally friendly and lush green, when compared to other cities in the region. The weather is tropical and because of its closeness to the equator, there aren't any real seasons and it can rain (cats and dogs) at any given day. Accomodation-wise, you can find most anything suitable for your wallet and life-style from modern Disneyland-style resorts to back-alley backpacker's paradise hostels. The food is fusion Malay/India/Chinese cuisine and because of the prevailing Muslim majority, a ham-sandwich is hard to come by. Tropical fruit are cheap and freshly available everywhere. There are thousands of places to go, all in short distance from the capital. Genting Highlands is just one destination, a short bus or taxi ride away from the city. There you can get a glimpse of what a tropical rain forrest looks like with a luxurious casino at the mountain top thrown it. SE Asia is definitively worth a holiday.

The last country I visited was South Korea last February of this year. I was with my colleagues. We went to different tourist attractions of Seoul and meet some Korean friends too. We stayed in a guest house for four nights and five days. We enjoyed our stay there because my two friends and I get along very well, so we really had fun in every place that we visited. We took a lot of pictures and tried eating a lot of Korean food. We always use the subway, read the map and talk to Korean people. We didn't have trouble around because luckily the koreans we met understood us though some cannot speak English. I want to go back there again. It is a very high-tech country, so far that I've visited. &(^._.^)&

In September/October last year my husband and I travelled around in Europe for one month. We started in Greece and then we went to Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Poland and Germany. We visited a lot of interesting places and we really enjoyed the time that we spent in those countries. I had been to Germany and Poland before but it was my first visit to Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia and it was really interesting to explore those countries. We had bought interrail passes so we were able to travel around by train. Sometimes it was a challenge to read the timetables in languages we didn't understand or make reservations when the staff didnt speak English, but it was also a lot of fun to travel around like that.

Your children are really blessed to travel with you at such a young age. It is really a good way to spend quality time together . I had only visited Singapore in the month of February 2011. I went there to attend my husband's company annual dinner. It was a short trip. I manage to visit the new casino there called 'The Sands'. It has a contemporary and modern architecture building on top of the roof like a huge ship. Wonderful place to eat and shop.

Before I tell you where I was (Brisbane, Australia, actually), I would like to congratulate you for deciding to go to Colombia, which is one of my favorite places, in particular Cartagena and Santa Marta, where I also was many, many years go! I also like the Colombian people and I have some friends who were born there, like Josefina and Lucero!

The last country... well, that would be England, the roomie and I went in 2003 as hard as it is for some people to believe, living as I do only a few hundred miles from Mexico, I've only ever been to the border twice and never to the interior. I've been to England three times and Canada twice, and stayed nights in Canada, something I never did in Mexico.

The last country I visited was Jamaica last November. I stayed at an all inclusive resort can't remember the name right now in Montego Bay. I also went to Negril for a day. I liked the resort my only regret was leaving the resort and going out in town. It was a horrible experience going shopping because everyone wants you to buy something they will literally take your hand and drag you into their little shops. I didn't like that. I didn't buy anything because I hated the pushiness. I would have bought something if they would have left me alone but they didn't so I didn't buy anything. Because of that it was the worst trip I've ever had. My advice for anyone going to Jamaica. Stay in the resort!

Jung Frau - Swiss Alps - If one wants to know what heaven is go to Jung Frau
I was on a package tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2005 where I spent a total of 3 weeks, visiting a lot of sights that our tour conductors organised I liked South New Zealand the best specially the Milford Sound. I was in ecstasy and totally lost there. I love travel and have covered several countries but the best was Switzerland - the Jung Frau experience. Our starting point was Engelberg. Engelberg itself is a cute town on the foothills of the mountain chain Obwalden. We went on winding roads to get to the Hotel. There are narrow streets that lead up to the Hotel. Bus can not go there, So 2 lifts also known as funicular take luggage and passengers to the Hotel lobby. The view from the room was breathtaking overlooking the mount Titlis. The journey to Jung Frau was memorable - first a cable car which took us to the railway station and the train journey to the alps was a novel experience. We were then in a circular gondola that rotates for viewing the alps. The Jung Frau ice palace was a crafted show piece where we had a walking experience on ice. I could go on and on but this short story will I am sure make you decide on your next adventure if you have not already been there.

We just came back from Malaysia. We stayed in Kuala Lumpur. I enjoyed sight-seeing and foodtrips in the city. I brought my kids to the museums and planetarium. We also went to Genting Highlands on a cable car. We all had fun.

The last country I visited was Brunei, where I grew up. I really love it there even though the population is small. I stayed in my house. The places I went to was school before, the mall and to my friends house. It was really memorable. It was like just in the old days, where we used to play with each other. The country is really nice, though it is still a developing country, this is really a good place to stay. It's so peaceful. I really hope that I could go back there and have fun with my friends again.

I went to Adelaide, South Australia My second visit I have family there and I love going to see them. Adelaide is a beautiful city. Parks , old stone buildings, statues, and the sun is usually shining (but very hot over summer months)I love the Adelaide Hills with lots of little towns to visit and wildlife parks where you see kangaroos and koalas.I also went to the Murray River twice because I love the scenery which is very Australia, a great place for a picnic. The house boats, gum trees and red dirt banks. You can stay on the house boats and cruise the river that will be my next trip. The Borossa Valley is great you can stop at all the vineyards. The shopping is good to .I recommend going there.I am hoping to go to Rarotonga next year..

The last place was Seven-Mile Island in the Cayman Islands. Absolutely beautiful weather, beautiful beach, beautiful water. It was a great trip all the way around. The Caymans has to be the cleanest place in all the Caribbean and I love that about the country. My wife and I have been there twice and will be sure to go back there again. Thanks Zelo

My family spent the new year in Shanghai. It was freezing cold there. 5 layers of clothing is just enough for you not to freeze but you'll still feel cold. That's my 3rd time in Shanghai but i still love the place. It's a mixture of modern and ancient china. It's also a shopping paradise for the ladies. We stayed in a 3 star hotel near Nanjing road, which is a famous road in Shanghai because of the Shops. We did the usual tour for tourists; went to TV tower and visited some temples. Our trip won't be complete without a stop at China's imitation of designer brands.
