At present, I'm looking for employees for company. I need 05 workers, 01 staff to drawing model by Rhino and 04 works to make model by wax.
I post this news on many sites. However, I can't get any candidates because all files are not suitable.
I realize that it's difficult to look for employees now. Do you think so? Have you ever joined to a recruitment?

Well, if you don't mind. Much better to look for the qualified candidates that is a little bit connection with his/her course or experience then train them for the jobs and I think they make it at the end of the day...because no one will particularly master or knows about the jobs if they are new...

I used to think like you when I was a candidate. But now, I need applicants. And I can find the person who is suitable with our company.
Before I can discuss about salary and bonus with applicants, their profile and skills are not enough to work here.
It's hard to look for the suitable person!

Wow. Really? I know there are alot of people here in the U.S. who may be qualified and alot of them are in need of work also. I know this won't help you but I wander why people just do not want to work?

I have received many files. But almost them are not suitable with my bosses' inquires. Such as, they only draw by 3D-max and they don't have any experience about job which I want from candidates...

This is the first time I recruit staffs. I only applied before.
Maybe I don't have enough money for this work?

With so many out of work I would think there are many willing to take the job. If you must try a temp agency but be prepared to pay almost three times the salary.
Best route would be to hire on your own and good luck because there are quite a few people willing to apply, so you will be bombarded with applications and resumes.

I don't think you will have a difficulty to look for employees if you are willing to offer very attractive remunerations.
If your offer is not so attractive, no one will willing to take a risk to change job at all unless they are having problem in their present jobs.

We even don't have chance to discuss about salary and bonus with candidates because they can't work jobs which we need.
