What?!! A Fourth Commercial Space? Neat :D

It was originally planned for only three spaces.
Yeah, That's right it seems a Fourth Commercial Space is about to be built as our space is being constructed for the final piece of the second floor. That means the entry inside would be too small like a passage way.
A few weeks ago, one of the messengers of Goldilocks ( a popular bakeshop in the Phils ) inquired for a Leasing Space. Unfortunately, they were too late because the three spaces had been reserved already. Today, the Franchisee, who happens to be a Manager also of RCBC Bank, decided to drop by and make another move in talking to my mom. Unfortunately, we don't want to kick out the Catering which was in the middle because we already made an agreement with them. So, the guy proposed he would shoulder the expense on the fourth space, provided that in one full year or ASAP, they will change places [ catering will have the 4th and Goldilocks will have the Middle].
It's a good deal knowing that the catering's rent will be minus 80$ from it's 186$ proposed rate once they agreed to switch places. My mom talked to her and she some how agreed to it,so it seemed things went a bit.
We couldn't make alterations earlier because we want to avoid penalty from the Municipality. Luckily, we already have the permit so we can have some alterations.
This is surely a Blessing for me after years of being unemployed
. It's been paid off. Maybe this is the luck that we've been waiting for and not the LOTTERY. maybe this was meant for me instead of looking for work.

The front space has officially gotten occupied for a lot of reasons and not even a freaking plan for a small pool either. Kinda like the spaces that's been happening lately, though, am not sure how long they're gonna last. But all I can say is that it's pretty cool to have this happening lately. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately, I am still as poor as ever because it's not me who's handling the money so no income for me really. maybe some day but the least contract with the renters are at least two years, that means i have to wait to the year 2013 before i could consider planning for my future business.

Yes, but so far all we get 
is more expense in the future. it's not easy and it's really hard because of the expenses being paid and expense. am not even sure if teh latest initial deposit can really cope with the next stall expense.

No, I never forget the comfort of the mylotters. Since the guy would be paying soon, I think it's gonna start soon because of the build up has started already. Not to mention they're making some for the space. I'd probably be more quiet about it once the business starts, though I can still say a few but not this much. Thanks and have a nice day.

I'd probably have to be more careful now with were I am going or even talking to strangers more since these we are now officially candidates for being a victim from criminals. I am a firm believer with that everything happens for a reason. I am glad you are there manning all for your mom, who knows you may just become so good at this that expanding more in the future might be your forte.

I guess there's a good reason for me to return to the church and start praying at least bit by bit. Oh no, there's no expansion, am just happy with the way things are. Besides, I am satisfied with this four commercial space already. Besides, you can't trust a maid now a days I can't let a stranger walks around the house and do the watch over. Well a lot of times things happen for a reason, and many times we just need to Pray and trust god to open the doors. And if this is something other than work like your Own business type venture this can be better for you as well. I hope things are still going Good with this, and Best of Luck as well.

Well, being employed would have still be cool, but I think this is much better. Besides, I have been out of this employmee career thing that I didn't wanna come back no more. Hello Kisstin,
I don't know what you're talking about but the spaces, even this one is completely occupied for some reason. I don't know if it's a blessing but some how it's an advantage to me for some reason and it has helped the family this time. Most specially when he sign in for the first reservation thing.
