Have you ever tasted a good one?

Tuna casserole used to be the thing we'd fix when we were low on groceries. It was never that great. Tried it several different ways but never one that turned out that great. Anyone have a new ingredient to add? I always add mushroom soup or some such, noodles, a vegetable, such as that. Any new ideas?

My b/f makes a homemade cheese sauce that is out of this world he puts in his casseroles. I'll have to ask him what he puts in his to make it so good but I am thinking the cheese sauce is what does it.

Certain cheeses have a wonderful flavor. My ex was a great cook. Well, he still is but.....well, you know!
