I make articles. I construct them from the research I do. What do you make? Do you cook? Do you make afghans or other such things? We all seem to have a nack for something. What do you make?

Well, lately I have been into crocheting, and have made purses, hats, scarves, potholders, etc. Need to place pictures with some of these items and try maybe selling some of them especially with Christmas being next month. It is always a joy to make something, and have someone interested in buying it, especially when it is someone I know or work with.

I make creative pieces of writing. I haven't lately but I used to write poetry all the time. I could write about any topic. I have a beautiful book of poetry that I hope to pass down to my daughter's. I even published a poem once. I am too busy to write now but hope to get inspired again soon!

That is lovely that you want to pass the book of poems on to your daughters.

Well I think you know that I like to cook cakes and try new recipes out and make some out as I go along. I like ot a spot of craft as well. When the children were younger we used ot do loads of art and craft and have a very big cupboard full of art and craft items, has got smaller over the years as only youngest daughter likes to art and craft. I also have started to do some flower arrangeing. And I'm saving jars etc to make gifts ready for next christmas as I hope ot make lots of gifts and make it a frugal christmas. My daughter is making a picture out of wool and one of those hook things

I think I have a nack for painting. I am by no means a Leonardo Devinci, but I do pretty well to not had any classes or instructions. That oil paint just seems to find its own place on the canvas. I can't say there haven't been times when I have struggled a bit to get something just right...but for the most part I do ok.

Well that is nice. Sounds like you are sort of a natural. My ex was a wonderful artist. He could see a picture, like it and go down stairs and have a fair faximily of the picture in about fourty five minutes. He likes to paint ballerinas.

I make messes, lol. I use to do alot of handwork, embroidery& things like that but haven't done any in years. I do cook & enjoy that alot.My favorite thing to make now is a difference in my grandson's life . I try to make memories w/him all the time.

Same here. On the grandson's life thing. I used to make messes too. I guess crafting skips a generation cause my mom could sew a blouse with no pattern, make mittens again with no pattern, etc. She was amazing. Me. I couldn't even pass Home Ec. second semester when they did the sewing. Even with Mom's help.
