Hey I am a vworker freelancer.Vworker is a auction based freelance where in you have to bid on projects posted by the buyer. The buyer will choose depending on your bid, experience and the demonstrated skillset. The toughest part is getting the first project, thats my experience though.Once you get a rating, its easier to get projects and you can really build a good client base.If you need any specific help, feel free to PM.I will be glad to help you.Good Luck.

Just to add,its perfectly free to register and you only have to pay only you earn.Thats the best part of the site for me.

One doubt...would they deduct the payment from whatever is earned and then pass down the amount, or would they expect us to pay before that and then get the earnings which may or may not materialize? We Indians do have an issue with paying through paypal thanks to our central bank's rules.

Hi vandana. They deduct their fee and release the amount. They can hold the amount until we tell them to withdraw it,which they do twice every month.I personally prefer paypal and havent had any problems thus far.The RBI rules affect you more only if you are trying to buy something from the amount in your paypal account. But now in case you are earning foriegn exchange so they donot object to it.Hope I could clear your doubt.

There are a lot of websites offering such services. Samples of which are Odesk, Desklancer, and Freelancer. You have to create your profile which would act as your resume. After which, you can slect from a wide array of jobs listed in the site, depending on your interests and qualifications. Some jobs would require you to have experience within the site so you have to take on some jobs first before you get accepted on the others.
