Which meal do you SKIP the most?

People everywhere in the world usually have to take 3 major meals in a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many also prefer to have their snack every now and then. However, busy scheds tend to deprive some people of eating at least 3 meals in a day - sometimes we really can skip a meal. This happens rarely to me though because I'm the type that would really eat something no matter what. Food is my - and everybody's - fuel and I really can't work without a good meal prior to work. How about you? Do you skip meals? Which do you skip the most?

Hi. vesuvius. I think that the meal that I tend to skip the most would be, breakfast. I guess when I wake up, I am not all that hungry for breakfast right away. But when time passes by, it is now close to lunch time and this is when I began to become hungry. Honestly, I do eat breakfast though sometimes.

I was like that when I was in elementary and high school. I seem to just have a very low appetite in the morning. Thank God I didn't have serious gastro-intestinal problems because of that. I believe a lot of people are like that too.

me too, i usually skip breakfast. This is because I always wake up late that the time is already time for lunch. When i have to report early for work, i still tend to skip breakfast because i wake up late still and need to rush.I have to correct this because they say breakfast is the most important meal.

I usually skip lunch a lot than breakfast or dinner because I sleep during lunch. Sometimes due to my busy schedule I wont be able to eat breakfast on time and would take it during lunch.

I have the tendency to skip breakfast and lunch opting for dinner. I have such a time between drinking and eating and will feel bloated and uncomfortable if I overeat. Have always been like this my whole life. My hubby says I must have a very small stomach. But during the day I will munch on a bagel or muffin or fruit or sometimes stop and just sit down and eat a salad. But my main meal has always been dinner.

I know somebody who like you is a dinner kind of person but she's much worse - she's not eating anything until lunch, not even water. She now has ulcer. Hope that doesn't happen to you...

It would probably be breakfast because I am always on the go. I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. However, I try to eat some apples or pack myself some sandwich to boost my energy in the morning and eat it at my office.

I usually skip my dinner and will have some kind of snacks or else if i am not interested to eat any thing then i will opt for a juice. Because morning Breakfast is important for me to get start with my work so i need energy then later on in the noon time i required lunch to continue my energy throughout the day. But in night i will be resting on my bed so need of energy so even for my body parts and for digestive system can take rest for certain time.

The meal that I tend to skip the most is breakfast. I'm just never really hungry for breakfast. I know that I really shouldn't skip breakfast. But sometimes it's just difficult to eat when you're just not hungry for it.

Now that I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I never miss it even when I am on the run. In fact, I don't miss any meals anymore because it is a conscious choice to always have something with me to eat; I want to keep my metabolism at its peak so by eating six small meals throughout the day. I make sure that my refrigerator has foods to go. Boiled egg, fruits, celery, etc. keeps me going until I can sit down to a full meal.

Hi. I usually skip breakfast. Many says that it is the most important meal of the day. However, I'm still sleepy in the morning. When I get to our office, that's the time I get to eat brunch.

Well, ironically I skip the most important meal of the day...breakfast. Like many other people, I skip breakfast for many reasons. Those reasons include waking up in the late morning or the kitchen pantry has nothing satisfying food to offer. Sometimes, I need to travel in the wee hours of the morning to get to a particular destination and I had no time to stop and eat. To add, I am picky eater so skipping meals for me has been a tried and tested routine. To make up for my non-existent breakfasts, I usually do brunch (or lunch itself, if the day is late enough). Though my aunt often force to eat breakfast on some occasions, I find it not my favorite meal of the day. Eating breakfast (especially after a nice sleep) prompts me back to lull into dreamland. If my aunt doesn't offer any distractions, I might as well go back to my bed and sleep like nothing happened. Skipping meals for me is sometimes not an issue since I skip meals becuase of stress and tension. Somehow, those two factors contribute to the numbness of my stomach. After a while, my appetite comes back in its normal pace.

We work nights so we skip breakfast the most. We are just getting off from work at breakfast time. We do eat lunch as our supper. When we go to work, we eat another lunch actually.

we should not skip any meal as a general rule, but certain times we have hectic schedule that we tend to compromise a meal. Breakfast sometimes becomes a "brunch", a breakfast and a lunch when I skip breakfast.

Due to my work schedule as I have been doin night shifts for the past 4 months I generally skip my lunch. May be today I dont feel anything but for sure at one point later I will see its side effects. Its could cause irregular eating habits, may be even lead to a system change in our body. So as far as possible try not to avoid meals and give breakfast the highest priority and importance..
