Are your company a Philhealth member?

Last Friday 15 May, I went to Philhealth office at Las Piñas City to register our company. It's been last February 2009 since we operate and just now I enrolled the company. Funny isn't? Our company is just a new one and my boss came from a big company who is registered owner. He decided to established his own for personal growth and to exercise his profession more than being employee. Before Philhealth was not my boss priority cause he concentrate more in our project and I am the only personnel in admin aside from my boss. I'm so happy that finally we are official Philhealth member, now I can enrolled to a Healthcard that I really need.
How bout you? Are your company a Philhealth member already?

I am a PhilHealth member since 2009, right after graduating college. At first I applied myself as a voluntary member. I did it because I was already of majority age and not covered by my mom's PhilHealth. So I need to have one in case I am about to be confined in a hospital. It's not that I am already sick, but it's because I'm really prone to hospitalization due to accidents, animal bites, sickness, etc.

Good for you, it's important that we have benefits in case of sickness. I should've had a healthcard before, I was rush to the hospital and I am not even a Philhealth member. My boss paid my bills but I pay the bills in installment every payroll. I went to check-ups and I solely paid for the doctor's fee. I'm thankful that I am Philhealth member now.
