Killing off My Favorite Characters!!!

EEEEK! Okay, I am calm now. LOL It all started with DS9 when they killed off Jadzia. I was furious with the writers and all the fun went out of the show for me after that. Then I got into McLeod's Daughters and it was fine for the first two seasons. There were characters that I really didn't like at all but the central figure was Claire and she was such a strong female lead that she made up for the irritating idiots around her. And then they finished the third season by killing Claire off!!! After that I just lost interest in the show...and it went on for five more seasons! Now, this year most of my favorite shows left me frustrated with their season finales but when Bones killed off Vincent, I was outraged! He was one of our favorite interns on the show! It was so stupid how they killed him, too. He wasn't even the target of the killer! I don't know about you but I get really turned off when they kill off a favorite character in a show and I rarely continue watching after that. I will probably continue watching Bones simply because Vincent wasn't really a principal character there. The show has been consistently good quality and has survived the departure of Zack so I am sure it will survive Vincent's death, although he will be missed. What are some of the shows that you have quit watching when they killed off a favorite character for you?
