$50 reward for health assessment, would that be catch too?

I received a note from my health insurance, there is health assessment is available online, and they encourage all the employees should take it, and there is a $50 reward for everyone on their paycheck before September 16. That sounds great, and I instantly log into my health insurance website and take that survey. On another day, I had it talk about with my co - workers too, and they said the insurance might hold it against you, if they think I am health risky. When I thought about it, it could be too. Anyway, what is done is done. I have to get that 50 bucks first, and I hope that they didn't find anything wrong with my self - report on my health.

That is very true. I would be skeptical about taking that survey. I know the $50 sounds really good but it may not be worth it in the long run.
