it's the first I get a star

I'm so happy now because I see a star beside of my name. there is number 2 in the star. actually , I am still confuse why I get a star? what the meaning of color and number 2 in the star?

hi denikurniadi, are you come from Indonesia? I do very glad when I see my first star several weeks ago. I forget the colour of my first star but the number is 6, now it's my second star, different colour with the first, it's silver and the number is 7. I don't know the meaning od each colour of star but surely this is kind of member upgrade -may be. Now, I will be glad to see another colour on my star soon :-))))

its your reputation after reaching 100 posts. blue star is best of all. for the number 2... just keep your cursor on the star for a while and u will see your mylot reputation out of 100. All the best.

dear Deni there is no linkage of number of responses and your reputatino infact your reputation depends on othe mylotters more positive points they give to your response more higher will be your rating. So donot focus on quantity of reponses rather focus quality of your responses. This is unlike other social sites where you get eavaluted by quality not quantity.But really it feeling when get star on your name as i also felt the same when i got the star.

Please refer to the FAQs. It is all explained there and discussions which are answered in the FAQs are generally deleted. http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx#3 The colour of the star is of no particular significance. It is different for each number from 1 to 10.

I have just see the faq on mylot. I conclute the number of the star is more important than its color. then the number of the star can grow down or grow up. is it true?

after reaching 100 post everyone get star. and the number indicates the rating. but this type of discussions are not allowed here. I think this discussion will deleted soon.

Yeah when I saw my first star I do not remember what was either two or three and I am very happy. The most important thing is to keep that reputation among consumers and Maylot and to strive to climb up.To get to the top.
