Has mylot become slow ?

Hello everyone,
I feel mylot website has become slow and takes longer time to load. I don't experience this problem with any other website and everything else is just fine. The search feature of mylot is especially a lot slower, as I'm trying to accustom myself to the mylot search engine rather than google or yahoo. Is anyone facing similar problems ? I've tried clearing the cookies and stuff, but it is just so SLOW !!

There are instances that this is site is quite slow. Probably since there are a lot of users that are currently log in. I often experience that using Facebook. I tried to use other websites, all are fine except Facebook which is so slow to load.

hi gksmartkid its the holiday weekend and more people are mylotting due3 to the bad economy we have much less money so people are stayiing home
and mylotting., too many people for the bandwidth they have so its slower going right now, my b

Thanks Hatley, I've realized it as I see many new discussions popping up today, which is more than usual. Maybe they really do need to increase the server bandwidth to help us have a faster mylot ! Can you recommend them ? Lol ..

It happens for me also in Detroit. Sometimes a few discussions do net get loaded quickly. Other discussions get loaded quickly. Search engine is more or less ok for me. One problem with me is that I open four or five windows for mylot only at times and that is the reason why the speed is less. have a good day. Where are you? yeah gksmartkid.. even i feel the same way mylot's population is crossing above 2,30,000 bt it is giving us the reason for being both happy and sad.. happy coz we r growing really fast and sad coz if nothing hav been done with the server now we really gonna face problem in coming time..

Yeah right, I've gotten back to responding discussions myself after a week today, but I do check back the site everyday. So i guess the server is overcrowded!

I have noticed the same thing!
But I thought it was just my computer that it is slow. This one I'm using right now is a bit old, so I'm always not surprised if pages tend to load slow.
But if you and a few others here notice the same thing, then maybe it's not just me!

Maybe your internet speed or because this website don't have a good host.Maybe admin will do something to repair this in time.But I think you dont' need a good speed here, because when you try to post ,you will stay a while , until you have an ideea to post.
