thepank what do you mean by let that person free?? I do that often but again I only need to go back to her, coz I cant stay longer without talking. It also make me weak in front of her :'( how to get that importance again

thepank Losing weight is depends on your daily routine if you do hard work you can easily reduce your weight..I suggest you to eat green vegetables more.. and stop eating junk food...
