A free meal in your back yard...

Have any of you mylotters seen this guy on you tube who tells you to "eat the weeds". I saw some of his videos the other day, and found out that three plants which grow in my back yard are actually edible. I picked some of them, and ran them through my juicer machine. The juice was dark green, and full of vitamins. I added white grape juice to the mix to give a mild flavor. It all worked out well. I felt great after drinking it, and I think I will continue to do this in the future. Would you drink the juice from edible weeds in your backyard?

Sure I would. I would also put a carrot with it, as that is the sweetest juice I have ever had.I will have pears later this year to do that with too. I know some of the stuff I mowed down today are edible, so what is this guys name.

I don't remember his name, but check him out on you tube. He did a 100 video series on "eat the weeds". That may even be the name of his website.

Yeah, I saw a video last week that he made regarding Kudzu. Its a wild weed that is taking over the southern part of the United States. He showed how to recognize it from Poison Ivy. I would certainly eat any edible plant in my front or back yard. The nutritional value is great!

That sounds great. Let's not stop with the plants. There are edible worms and insects like crickets out there to be had. Yummy!! WE birds love them. One more thing to say about it all. Kiddies, you will never get fat on this stuff!! Health food at it's best!!
