Yesterday, a friend and I went out for a trip early in the morning. He has this craving for coffee, so we saw a Dunkin Donut nearby, and we just trying to avoid to drive far away, so I decided to stop there and get a cup of coffee. That place was crowded for 9:30 in the morning. So we went in and order an iced coffee respectively, and I also order myself a sandwich with hash brown. My friend also ordered a breakfast, the total cost was less than $10.00. That is great value for two person, don't you think. I like my iced coffee with French Vanilla, taste pretty good though. In comparison to Starbucks, it is more economic for both of us. I remember last time I visited starbucks, One iced coffee around $5.00 or more. I simply can't afford it.

I think Starbucks made their price so high but the quality of coffee they serve seems to be not worth it's price.

To me Starbucks has always had a kind of snob appeal by being overpriced. Also I always thought their brew coffee was to stong. Besides having to compete with Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds has also begun selling flavored and iced coffees which can also eat into Starbucks business.

I have never done a price comparison between the two. Thanks for letting me know the difference. I would choose the more economical price too.

Oh gosh yes it is much more economic as a beverage and snack can run really high. Though some of the coffees sure taste great I think one cup it is way too expensive. One doughnut in starbucks is almost $2 and not very good I may add.
