Which Do You Prefer --- Twitter or Plurk?

At this time I only know two real - time "micro-blogging" websites: Twitter and Plurk. Both Twitter and Plurk allow users to send updates in 140 characters. In both platforms you can follow friends and be followed. However, Plurk has this Karama System where you would earn karma for activity and thus opening some skills like extra smileys.
Which micro - blogging site do you use? If you have accounts on both, which do you prefer the most?

I have an account for both twitter and plurk. I like plurk because their smileys are amazing.. But, it is so hard to get your Karma up because your followers should respond to your post in order to gain Karma.. So for now, I prefer to use twitter..

You are right. I have a plurk account but the i got tired of it because of the Karma system. It's hard to keep or get your Karma up but it's easy to lose karma points!

Very true!you just missed 1 day and you will lose like 1 karma. But if you are updating, you will only gain like 0.3 karma! :(. Also, what I hate is the badges. They are very hard to achieve!its so annoying. T_T
