I switch to tea drinking

I am absolutely tired of soda, especially coke, sprite etc..... all that with high sugar ingredients. With no reason, I felt my tongue, and the palate started to dull. So, a few days ago, I switch to tea. I am not going to buy those soda, like 12 - pack for while, and I strictly stick to green tea, Jasmine tea, or whatever Chinese tea available in the supermarket. Actually, drinking tea is healthy, and make my mind clear sometimes. So, for those who addictive to soda, try to switch to tea drinking. It might help.

I drink tea quite a bit. Though I do add my fair share of sugar, I figure atleast the coloring is natural and I can flavor it as I wish. Along with other known health benifits for various types of tea.

Yes, it's actually much healthier than sodas. Also, natural fruit juices are a healthier substitute if you want tasty liquids. And even though fruit juices are sweet, they just contain natural fruit sugars which are not bad for the body. And tea contains a lot of antioxidants which are good for the body.

as several studies have discovered possible benefits, the actual advantages of tea drinking aren't certain. some studies about the benefits of tea are based on population research. but for me, drinking tea is very helpful than drinking soda or soft drinks. obviously, drinking sodas are not good in our body so i prefer the tea drinking.

I am not crazy about drinking tea and have never liked the taste. Herbal tea is much better than ordinary tea. I prefer coke or juice. I always drink low in sugar juices. I do love a cup of coffee throughout the day, but I am not a tea drinker.

I am tired of soft drinks too. I have now switched to drinking tea. Soft drinks make me bloated and makes me gain weight.

Hello Kingparker I use to drink a lot of soda and I'd say for the last 3 years I have gotten to where I don't drink it at all. I drink a lot of vitamin waters and flavored waters, sometime the Brisk tea. You are right it is much healthier to drink tea than soda.

you have made a very good decision because this kind of drinks contain medicines to kill bacteria which can harm human body also.it will make your health weaker gradually.you have switched to tea drinking thats very good it will make you feel more focused and alarming.you will feel fresh and enthusiastic. but remember tea also contains nicotine which can affect your health if you will use tea in more amount.so be moderate and enjoy the benefit of tea.

I like soda too but, tea is my favorite! I drink chammomile or lemon grass tea, hot with sweet bread every night before bed and it helps me relax. My kids like it too! I think it is a good idea also to switch it up every now and then because soda is so bad for you and really harsh on the kidneys as well.

i think this is a good decision, these sodas are not good for health as compare to tea specially the green tea which is very good for body metabolism and provide instant relaxation to mind.

I also stopped drinking soda because I felt that it was making me really unhealthy and it was expensive compared to the free filtered water. You just have to remember to refill your brita filter and bring your bottle around with you. I now drink water, tea, or juice. With the extra money I save from not buying soda, I can now save it up for a new laptop. Going to need one before the school year starts again. Right now I am borrowing my big brother's laptop. Got to return it when summer classes are finished

green-tea - For a while, I got a crazy craving for tea.
For a while, I got a crazy craving for tea.We drink both. Slowly, slowly, just limit myself to one cup of coffee in the morning and then I stretch as much tea. For any kind (that I like it yet green enough, maybe if lime) plus honey. That comes as appetite, eating, drinking, and lust for life. Appetite for work, rest, everything. What fun, to feel the steam from the cup of tea, you feel pure and simple. I know I want the whole horizon, and I have to do a lot to succeed. That's a day, it's warm in my heart, it's warm and the house is warm when I look her husband in the eye. I watched the other day slice of lemon in his tea (which I looked cool!) And throw, elusive, an eye for the future. Tomorrow's denial is not self-denial, I see forward. Liberty Life is not about status and how to live, take time from my soul's, both. Failure to meet the daily inconveniences and petty acts of service is so easy for some, for those who seek it with candles, and impulsive so elusive for me, but so brave. Forward momentum is everything I need. Unexpected always troubled me, but it's so small and insignificant compared to what it means a cup of tea with my husband, just looking ahead. Me, I always just a small thing, but today I'm not hurt, they can not extend a tiny joy, like steam from a cup of tea.
