So I just got my EON card today. I applied last week Thursday at the nearest Unionbank branch here and now I have it! I'm so happy. Now I can withdraw my Paypal funds and enjoy my earnings! But of course I have to enroll this first online and link this to my Paypal account. So I enrolled it online on Unionbank's website just now. I'm so excited!! I don't know how long it will take to be activated but I'm really so excited.

Wow! you must be very excited to receive your well-deserved earnings. Recently I linked my credit card with my Paypal account for verification. I was charged 100pesos in my Visa card. Is linking your EON with Paypal without a fee?

You have to have a deposit of at least 200 pesos to your EON account before you can link it to paypal. And when you link it to paypal, they will charge you 100 pesos which they will deposit back to your account once you have confirmed your paypal account link.

Actually you did not have to get a unionbank EON card. Major banks in the Philippines can now use paypal. Its been two years since I enrolled my BPI account in paypal Just my 2 cents.

Actually based from my experience with the Union bank and BPI. I'm going for BPI. You better think of opening an account also, as their services keeps on getting better and better with less and less fees.

I have been thinking about this. Now, I really want to apply for one. But, I'm still researching if I could find a way to link it to my SMART MONEY account.

I have read somewhere that you can withdraw your Paypal funds through Smart Money. I just don't know how but I've read blogs that says it works for them. Keep researching! Good luck! Have a nice day and thanks for response!

Hi autumn dreamer, I am glad that u got your EON card but in the Philippines, do u need these cards to withdraw money. In India, it just gets converted to my currency and gets deposited in my bank, where it is credited to my a/c. Anyway, congratulations!

As I've read from other Filipino online earners, any bank account is enough but I think they deduct additional fees. EON card is the most convenient since they're partners with Paypal but if you really want to use a different bank account, then you can.

OMG! Your total post reach to more than 1000 before you got your EON. Actually when I started here I open immediately an EON card. It was during their launch and you can only have it through online application unlike now you need to go any of their nearest branch. Anyway, I understand your feelings at the time when you got your card because it happened also to my feelings before when I got mine. Now, use it immediately by maximizing your online earnings. Your Paypal will be verified when you got the 4 digit exposure number. It takes up to 4-5 days.

Hahaha! Yes so all my earnings just accumulated in my Paypal account. Now it's over $200 so I thought it's time to withdraw them all. Haha. I enrolled my card online last night and they said I have to wait for 2 to 3 banking days. I'm really happy that I can withdraw all my earnings now. Thanks for your response! Have a nice day!

That is good news for you. Now that you can get your pay pal payments. It really is nice to have pay pal, it wont take long to get activated. Then once you transfer the money over from pay pal it usually takes 2 or 3 days to get there which is not too bad. So congratulations to you for being able to get your funds now. Great job!

Do they require initial deposit? Do they require additional documents? thanks.
• Philippines

Unionbank doesn't require initial deposit for EON account but if you're going to link it to Paypal, Paypal requires P200 in your account when they link your Paypal to your EON. You'll only need 2 valid IDs for an EON account.

Hello, autumndreamer! How much is the annual fee? When I applied for my EON card last month, I paid P350.00. I was informed that there's no maintaining balance, but they'll deduct P350.00 every year for annual fee. Well, it's better than my other UnionBank account which deducts P500.00 everytime I have below P10,000.00 balance.

Yes, P350 is the annual fee which means we'll have to pay P350 every year. But the good thing is that there's no maintaining balance.

Wow! Good for you! I am excited for you too! Imagine that, almost $200! Way to go! By the way, is it easy to apply for an EON card? What are the requirements? I also wanted to apply for one. Who knows I can also earn like what you have already earned, right? :) I still need to have my Paypal account verified too. Congratulations again!

Hi, thanks! Yes, it's very easy to apply. All you have to do is bring 2 valid IDs at your nearest Unionbank branch, come back after a week and your card is ready! Yeah, you can earn like how much I've already earned. It's just easy with determination. Thanks and have a nice day!
