The Casey Anthony Murder Trial

Have you been following it at all? I catch alittle of trial on TruTv every few days. I guess in the police investigation they found key words in her computer's search engine history that had to do with how to make clorophorm. She was taped having a long conversation with her parents telling them she knows they are doing all they can to bring her home. Mentioning the real tragedy very rarely. Remains of her daughter were found out in the woods I guess with tape wrapped around her head as if to muffle her voice. Her car had DNA and flies and a horrible smell. Her mother unknowingly tried to hide the smell with Frebreeze and so forth. So what is your take on this woman? I refuse to use the word 'mother' here for obvious reasons.

I think that any person that can do that to a child is a sick individual. I have not been following the trial but I cannot believe that with so many things against her that she is innocent. How horrible for a child to go through something like that!

I haven't been following it very closely. I catch bits and pieces of it on the news shows or hear them talking about it. I think just the search from her computer says enough. If her daughter truly did drown as she claims, why would she need to be searching something like that? I can't believe her parents would be standing by her after the claim that her father abused her. I think at that point I'd wash my hands of her. It's bad enough that she most likely killed their grandchild, but then to try to claim something like that is just pathetic.

I haven't been either. As I understand it Casey was using the cloroform she learned to make to put her child out. No parent wants to believe this of their child. And she tried to reason it all out by saying her dad abused her. Like that gives her a reason to kill her own child. It is pathetic and I think her poor mother is a victim of her and the father.

I think she is guilty as sin & i hope they convict her. I have no use for anyone that abuses children much less kill them.

Sick! I know that she is claiming that her daughter drowned but I think it is the biggest crock of crap that I have ever heard. Why tape her mouth and throw her in the woods if that was the case? I think she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law with a picture of her daughter in front of her face the whole time.
