Orbs, what is your opinion?

I don't believe that orbs are spirits. I think they're just manifestations of dust particles and light on the camera lens. Don't get me wrong, though, I do believe in spirits but not as orbs.

Orbs in photos are not spirits its caused by the flash being reflected by particles in the air such as dust or pollen etc.Pollen being very light would be very suscepible to being blown around in all directions and would only take a small breeze.Some types of cameras are more susceptible to this compact or ultra-compact cameras the short distance between the lens and the built-in flash decreases the angle of light reflection to the lens, directly illuminating the aspect of the particles increasing the camera's ability to capture the light reflected off normally sub-visible particles such pollen and dust.

defenatly spirits Ive seen this in my own pictures before. I think they are protective because I mainly see them around my pets and children. once in a picture of me when i was ill in the area of illness.

I do believe in spirits and ghosts, 2 ghosts live in the tree in our courtyard, they are totally harmless for me and my family members I have seen pictures of orbs in the pages of ghost hunters society too. Professor

Hi, I have took a couple of pictures and from my experiences, I have seen orbs, looked like little bubble, round in shape. Some pictures have them, some not. I wonder the same like you did, IF those orbs contain spirits or paranormal beings. I have no idea so far, but most of you here, are saying it's spirits. I hope they're good one spirits. :)

Here is a topic of interest tome, although it looks like it is pretty old I hope to keep it going. I'm very interested in them cause I have had some really interesting orbs in my photos especially lately they have been even bigger and in one photo of my cat her eyes are glowing as if the orbs are in her. I have heard that some of the orbs are probably just dust but again like you said you have movies and that should be proof enough too. The dust moves and can move all ways even up and down, but to show as anything glowing on film why would it? I just read up on it alot and not afraid either like you said. I definetly think this house is sort of inhabitied by spirits though due to some other sounds and even touches that I have experienced here. I don't talk about it too much in case some people don't understand it and think I'm crazy, haha.

I have seen a few of the pictures of orbs and I have no idea what they are. Maybe there is a kid just out of shot blowing bubbles

i heard that many photographs online that were submitted that owners/photographers claimed that there were orbs in the images. I had no idea what they were and it does not intrigue me at all. Yes, i think they are really existent... but i would not dive deeper to know more about those things

I believe in spirits but I am not sure that is what you are catching. If we just believe that every little anomaly is a spirit then we accept to much, scrutinize the pictures, could it be anything else? Then it's not spirits. Science is definitive, we can prove our results through repetition of the anomaly. Keep searching, you will find them :)

i guess i believe in spirits but i don't know if they are contained in orbs. I just recently knew about orbs thru stories from my officemates when they returned from their trip to Davao City, Philippines. Then later, I saw orbs in my mom's pictures and I became interested in it. I researched from the internet and there are several stories about it. I'm still in the process of researching. I want to know more about it also.
