your lover gets blind.. would you give your eyes to him?

hi guys 
how are you all? i wish that everyone is ok^^ i was just wondering.. if you had a lover and he lost his eyes in an accident that put him blind would you give your eyes to him? i just saw a video where the guy does that for the girl he loves.. thats really super sweet 
i know that maybe it is only a video but im sure that it exists people that would do the same. i know that im too dramatic but if i had a bf i would give my eyes to him. i rather be blind than that he suffers with it. sure wouldnt be an easy decision bcs i would suffer a lot but i would be happy that he could have a happier life^^ i would do that..
what about you guys? would you do that for your lover?

i understand rick. is great that you would be by her side. that way im sure that she would feel happy anyway. it is possible to donate your eyes i think. i saw that in a video. its really sweet. but sure its not something that everyone can do. im sure that you being near her would help her so much. she would feel very happy^^ you are a sweet guy. thanks for your comment and honesty^^ to lose our eyes is something very hard to choose :(

thanks so muchy rick^^ yes i will do everything for the one i love.. its just sad that the guy i love cant see that.. he is just changing so much :( im super disappointed you know.. i just dont understand why he is changing. he was so so wonderful and now he is just being so careless. he is losing his special and rare character. he is just turning to be like the most part of guys. this is so sad

thanks for worry with me i had to stop being online for awhile.. i didnt have money to pay my internet. i work in my parents restaurant and things are complicated bcs its only the beginning so they cant afford to pay me. so i now use my stepfather internet sometimes when i have a bit of free time.. im always working mostly so :( anyway i wish that things get better soon^^ thanks really for worry about me^^ im happy that you care

its great that you would do that for her if you really love her, im sure you could do that. thats what a true love is. i wish that she can care a lot for you. is really special when we find a guy that really loves us. its so rare to find a true guy. wish you can be always happy with her^^ its super romantic that you would do this for her. sure we cant be 100 sure if we are not in that situation. but as what i know about you you seem to be a great guy. so im sure you would do that

No, I wouldn't give my eyes to my lover.It would be sweet but so unpracticle. What if something happened in the surjery? Then you would both be out a pair of eyes. I would share my eyes and help my lover in every way I could. When a person loses that basic facalties it is hard to live a normal life but with the one you love near by it won't be as bad. I saw a dog story once where the one female dog is blinded and the male teach her to run with him real close and he helps her so she can run.

Did you ever see First Sight with Val Kilmer? Good movie and it addresses this issue. I wish I could find the movie I mentioned about the dogs. I would like to see it again. I wish I could have a happy day with a great lover. Yum!

It depends on the situation.
Maybe i will consider giving one eye...so we can still look at each other.
This is really one of the best story,if happens in real life.
I bet this could happen in real,or maybe happened to someone out there.

yes j^^ i think it is a great love story. this really shows that someone is in deep love for the other^^ im happy that you would give him one eye so he could stare at you and you at him^^ thats super sweet and a good idea^^ im sure he would be happier that way than if you lost both your eyes. im sure this could happen in real life, but its rare that you find a guy that can do such a big sacrifice for you.. i wish i can find it someday and i wish you find a guy like this too^^

There is no physician in the world that would perform such an operation, it's just not legal unless one of the people involved was deceased and donated their eyes to someone else but even if it were, i would not donate my eyes to anyone,no matter how much i loved them.There are too many things that can go wrong and we both could wind up blind, so what good would that do.
My husband knows there isn't much i wouldn't do for him and i know he would do the same ofr e but this isn't one of them.

@Ajk- wow i really admire your views. I too personally feel the same as i dont have any problem sharing any of the organs which I can if my love need it. but when it comes to the matter of life than I would ahve to think and it will depend on the circumstances too. This is why love can be so much selfless and sacrificing.

Hi there,
How sweet if this were actually possible. See unless we die we cannot donate our eyes. So my thought would be that unless there was a way to get the donation I would be his complete eyes, guiding him and reminding him of our love regardless if he could see or not. I would be his eyes for life.

hardworkinggurl thats sweet that you would be his eyes^^ sorry that we just can donate our eyes if we die.. but in a video i saw the guy gave his eyes to his gf but he was still alive. just he got blind. anyway im sure he would be happy if you could help him by being his eyes anyway^^ you are a great person^^
stine if she got blind to give her eyes to him im sure he would be very proud to have her in his life. its a big proof of love that you give up on something you need just for the one you love.

thats cute that you would try to find her a cure^^ thats still sweet and shows that you care a lot for her^^ i understand that is hard to give up on our eyes and give it to someone. but if is for the one we love we never know what we can do. i think that we cant know for sure unless we are on that situation^^ thanks for sharing your ideas^^ im happy that you would help her and be with her^^ would be very sad if you left her bcs of it.

I probably would give mine to him. I know that I love him so much I'm willing to pretty much do anything for him, including giving him my eyes if he went blind.
I heard a story like this once, it's probably one of those made up love stories though. It was about a couple and one of them was blind or had no eyes, or something like that. Then one day, the person finds a donor and gets eyes. When she wakes up she looks at her boyfriend and sees that he also had no eyes. She didn't like this and she ended up leaving him. Turns out, he was the donor that gave the girl eyes.
I don't think this is real though. It's one of those stories that's made up and then forwarded to everyone somehow.

wow super cute the girl was so bad.. she left him when she saw he didnt have eyes.. but he always was with her even she didnt have it. what a selfish girl she was. im sure that when she founds out that it was him that gave her her eyes that she felt bad for what she did. this girl didnt deserve this at all. im sorry for the guy.. if it really happened im sure that he would find a great girl in his life. so sad that most part of guys are not like these ones of the sweet stories. i think its a made up story yes, but these stories always makes us dream to find a guy like that one of the story^^

if i will give my eyes to him perhaps he will do something that makes our relationship broken no one knows..hehe because he can do whatever he want, he's not blind and maybe he will find someone else, and also he will be tired of taking care of me. so therefore i wont give my eyes i will accepted him no matter what and ofcourse i will not getting tired taking care of him. i will do the best that i can :)

I would give him one eye. If he was as great of a love then he would be the sort of guy that would say, "No, I cannot take both your eyes, then you could not see". So it would be one and we could have matching glass eyes. But I would be happy to share with him and give. It is all very romantic.

I would also give up my eyes, but only one of them (as the best responder says). I think I saw the same skit that you saw, about a korean guy who loves taking photos and a girl who was accidentally spilled with chemicals that rendered her eyes useless.
It was a great skit. I just wish there where still more people like those. I don't know these days if there are still men who would give up their comfort for women. I know a lot of women who would, but I doubt there's a lot more guys.

i dont think my discussions are scary at all.. i just talk about rare things that people do about love. its a reality that not just good things happens in a relation. also bad things happen. so i just try to be original and talk about real things that people usually dont talk about. if you feel bad about replying to my discussions just dont reply to it. i be happy if people like my discussions and answer it and if is to criticize i rather that they dont answer at all.

of course not!! i will only give my eyes to the poor so that me and my lover will both get blind, i think that's worth it because if i will give my eyes to my lover it won't be even coz he/she will have a sight but I will be blind. and my lover will think that she will give her eyes to mine.
