im so happy i was able to buy my first ever sewing machine! this is for the start of my new business. step #2, buy tshirts, cloths, threads, and other accessories i'll need... (i'll be designing tshirts by the way, and i wont paint/print the designs... i'll stitch them. hehe) i dont know where i could get money so that i can go to step #2, my time is running out. i have to start this business soon so that i could earn money for my tuition. but though i still have a problem, im still glad im done with the sewing machine! hehe

Perhaps you can ask financial help from your relatives. By that way, you can begin your sewing business much earlier. When you have earned some profit, you can slowly repay back bit by bit to them. You can sew many kinds of things to sell in the local market, to gain money. Hope your dream will become reality soon....

Since you need to get the financial support all by your own, then you will need to work very hard. If you want to earn income from your own home, then you can earn some fast income by posting in some paid forums. You can get their info from my blog. Good luck to you....

You might try getting a small payday loan to speed things along. I go through Money Tree and they let you pay back in three installments. Just an idea. Or try to make some big bucks on here and use it. So many places online now take PayPal and that is always a help. Good luck to you!

Wow! At least now you can have a tool for a new business venture of yours. Aside from t-shirts maybe you can also sew some cellphone bags or even school bags. Good luck tammy, and may it be prolific so you can earn for your tuition.

yeah... that's a great suggestion, thanks! i wanted this kind of business since i was at 1st year high school, the same time when i was able to design my own shirt. i got all the time in the world so hand stitching a shirt is no big deal, but now i have to use sewing machine to do the job faster since this will be my business. hehe im hoping some of my mylot friends could help me raise the amount i need for step2. though it's just a small amount, i have no idea how i could save that amount, since my dad is gone now and he's the one super supportive bout this craft... :( (miss you dad)

Are you going to embroider them, or stitch pieces of fabric to the t-shirts? It will also be a good idea to get your own domain name and website! It does cost money to start a business and there are no guarantees sadly. But I hear the clothing in the Philippines is pretty cheap, so you might be able to sell the shirts for a lot more than you bought them to international customers.

i'll stitch fabrics on the shirts. and got more designs other than just stitch the fabric. hehe you're so right about the cloth price here, they are cheap. i think 2000-3000php is enough for the cloth, shirts and accessories. i just dont know where to get that amount. i saved money for years just to buy this sewing machine... hope my mylot friends could help me out.. :) i know that starting a business has no garantee that's why i started this kind of business cause it only needs small capital.

have u ever tried for loan from banks? I do not know the procedure to be followed in Philipines. There must be some genuine agency which guides people in such cases. Perhaps u worked in a stitching factory to get some affinity towards this business. Pl take up a business in which you have expertise and you have a passion for achieving more and more. have a great day.

Wow! That is nice! Good to know that you are into business to get earnings. You're just getting started. All you needed was that first step of having that sewing machine. That was the critical step in starting a business. Everything will just follow. I'm sure you'll be successful with that endeavor! Good luck on your new found venture!
