mylot ..deactivate sending on email to my mail ?

You can go here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editNotifications.aspx and select which ones you want on and which ones you want off. If you don't want to receive a notifier when your friends start a new topic then go to your friend list and beside each name turn them to 'notifier off'. The notifications which myot send when your posts are deleted are automatic and we cannot turn them off. They are useful though becuase we can learn from them and avoid mistakes in future.

I also get too many emails from MyLot. I always receive an email when someone on my friend's list starts a discussion, and I don't have anything checked for receiving notifications. I just went to the link someone provided and made sure. How can we turn off emails when one of our friends starts a discussion??
