Hi Guys,
I just recently joined myLot so am new to the forum but have something I want to share with you. I recently moved to the US from Europe and have been looking to get in shape and get my metabolism in gear. I suffer from hypoglycemia which basically means a constant low blood sugar. I therefore have to eat every 2 hours to keep it on a constant level and any sugar I eat will cause my levels to sky rocket and then dive which causes nausea, headaches, fainting and a sever fatigue. I have for many years lived on strict diets but it is so complicated to stick to, ones you have work, social life ect. Now that I am here in the US I have tried a combination of 2 things and it seems to really be working for me. First of all I have cut off all wheat based products and choose instead the gluten free bread, pasta ect. Secondly I started drinking a fiber meal replacement called Shakeology. It is made out of more than 70 different fibers and it stabilizes my blood sugar throughout the day. I have been so happy with the results that I am now setting up my business and coaching others on the effects of exercise and a healthy diet. I want to know what you are trying that is working or if you need inspiration and help to contact me, so I can give you more info on everything I have tried. I hope to hear from you and that you will share your experiences with me :-)

Those are great numbers professor. Randy's blood sugars are between 97 and 130 after eating. His sugars are between 103-130 after fasting. Do you have any secrets on how he can get them lower in the morning. He does not eat before bedtime and does drink water. ALso, can he drink milk? I heard it is a natural sugar. Please help.

I think he can take milk, to which you can add , what has a brandname Sugarfree here, it is basically aspartame.
